Always a nice stay

This is our 2nd time staying there for the chiefs vs broncos game. Great location. Close to gas and Walmart. Only downfall we have is that the upper oven is not working (would have been great for feeding 8 adults). Would have appreciated some necessities like foil and Tupperware with lids. But all in all a great stay.

Very accommodating

Just a quick note to say I am so appreciative of our host. In the middle of the trip, I had a tragic death in the family, and she could not have been more supportive and accommodating of our group. She made it very easy for me to depart and work with other members who were staying in the house. Grateful for that and for her open communication throughout it all.

Amazing Stay, Minor Concerns

This house was amazing, close to everything and very comfy. The host was very responsive and nice to any questions or concerns we had. Only problem, the house was a bit unclean. There were clothes from a previous guest in the rooms, floors were dirty, trash was full outside and toilets were not too clean considering there is a cleaning fee applied to the overall stay. Overall, the stay was great just wish the cleaning was bit better, but I will definitely book again.

Great for a group

The size of the house and kitchen were perfect for our group of 8 friends. Alicia was very polite and responsive to our needs. House will need some TLC soon, especially the backyard, but the fire pit and outdoor furniture were comfortable for enjoying a sunny but crisp Denver day.

Annual Chiefs vs Broncos trip!

Everything was amazing and as advertised. Kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need. Close to the airport and the stadium. Would definitely book this place again!!!!!

Great location

We had 5 adults and 3 kids and fit very comfortably in the house. There was enough room to hang out, work, eat, relax, etc. without being on top of each other. Wifi was great, and having all the streaming services available on the TV was appreciated. The location is excellent...15 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from food, grocery, etc. Lots of parks around for the kids to play and there were some really cool, unique ones. Any issues we ran into were handled immediately by Alicia and I really appreciated her quick response. One thing I think is important to share for future visitors is that if the sprinklers are running, the water to the house is greatly impacted. I believe the owner is looking into this issue and will rectify it, but something to be aware of in case you need to have your shower done at a certain time. There's a tenant in the basement but there is a locked door between the apartment and the upper levels. We didn't hear much at all. We were probably much louder for them to have to listen to! Sheets were nice and soft, plenty of towels, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Great place for a large group

We had a great time at this property. We were 11 adults and managed to sleep comfortably. The location is close to the airport and not too far from downtown. Would definitely stay here again if we travel in a large group.

Great experience!

Staying at this location was a great experience where it did feel like it was a home away from home. Alicia, the property owner was very accommodating, very friendly, and very professional with the timeliness of her responses/communication. The home looked exactly like it did with the photos posted. My family enjoyed the pool table and the room accommodations that were very spacious. Alicia made everything feel so welcoming from day one when we arrived. She offered & provided stocks of condiments for our stay that helped to alleviate us from having to purchase minor items that may be needed for drinking and food (such as coffee, chips, sugar, spices, etc.) which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Although we did wish the outdoor fire pit worked, it was still a great experience. Nothing is ever perfect. Kudos to Alicia and her husband for the great accommodations they've made at this residence. We guarantee that you will enjoy it! P.S. - do not let is come as a surprise to you that there is a tenant that lives onsite in a completely different living area that you will never see, never hear, and that is blocked off. Having a sign posted inside the house to make us aware of this was very helpful so that we were not caught totally by surprise. Just like having a neighbor in an apartment without hearing them around. Was no problem at all -- just good to know! Excellent owners and residence that we would recommend to anyone who's looking for a short stay w/in the area.

Nice but could use some updates

Owner was super helpful with our odd guest situation. As for the house, the downstairs is really nice, other than the sliding door made a noise when closing it. The upstairs bedrooms were nice but the bathrooms need a little updating and TLC. We would stay again though!

Denver Trip with Family

The house is beautiful. We had everything that we needed. We had plenty of room to hangout, play games, watch tv, etc when we weren’t exploring Denver. The 1/2 bath and laundry room are on the main floor (off the garage) and are a shared space, just in case you don’t like sharing areas with other people. The owners were great! They responded right away when I messed up the door code checking in! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfection sums it up

Absolutely blown away by this property. Location, cleanliness, communication, attractions what's not to love. Flew into Denver for a few days with friends and this place was over my expectations. Pictures are updated and place is spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such an amazing stay and the house was super accomodating for our large family. Just as pictured. Alicia was super easy to get in touch with and even worked with us on our checkin time. The only downfall was the parking, but the pool table in the front room definitely made up for it :)
