Welcome to my adorable and playful Airbnb in Denver! I’ve designed this space with all the girly vibes you could imagine, and I think you’ll love it. The house features five cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two spacious living areas, making it perfect for groups. The dining room is full of fun and personality, and there are two fully-equipped kitchens so everyone can pitch in when it’s time to eat.



You’ll find a fabulous makeup bar, ideal for getting ready with the girls or just pampering yourself before a night out. The decor is full of pink accents, quirky artwork, and little details that make the space feel fun and welcoming. And if you want to enjoy some fresh air, there’s a huge deck and backyard where you can relax and unwind.

There was plenty of room in the house. The location was good. The decorations added to the theme of the house.Unfortunately, the house did not look like it had been cleaned for our visit or had a thorough cleaning in quite some time.There were cobwebs inside and outside the house, the bathmats were filthy, the wood floors were dirty (see picture of socks after walking on the floor). The bathroom baseboards had considerable dirt/dust that had not been touched in a long, long time. There was a killed insect on the ceiling with a shoe mark on it. Someone else's laundry was in the washing machine.

Our stay was truly amazing for our girls trip!!! The house had everything on the listing. The host communicated easily for any of our needs especially check in & check out! We had more then enough room and loved the pink vibe again for our girls trip!!! The only thing to note was it was a bit dusty/dirty, for the next use just make note to clean cob webs and stuff! Nothing terrible or unstayable though. Regardless it was great and would go back!

This was our family's first time in a VRBO, and the property worked very well for our family of 11. The property is located in a nice neighborhood which is centrally located in the Denver area. We will certainly consider booking the property again when we make another family trip to the Denver area, as well as suggest the property to other family and friends.

Weekend at the DCPA

The location was perfect and the host was very responsive. It was a charming older home that fit our needs- the girls weekend theme of the house was fun and added a bit of flair to getting ready for our day at the Theatre.

Very Good Value

Good value property in a super-convenient location. You are very close to I-25 which makes it easy to get anywhere in Denver, also close to the tech center. We were only in town for a few days. We had one minor issue but the hosts were very responsive and willing to address. We especially appreciated the living room with the counters and lights. That made it super easy for us to all get ready for an event. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Overall, the house was fine and roomy, but unfortunately, not very clean at all. Sort of looked like the cleaner just rushed and skipped some steps cleaning the place. Floors weren’t swept, drawers hadn’t been cleaned, oven knobs were grimy and not wiped off, there was even a bed that was clearly not washed before our arrival… the location and neighborhood were great, but, for the price we paid, we would have definitely liked it to be a little more clean and the check in process better. We didn’t receive the check in information until exaclty 4 o’clock. A little heads up before would be better!

Nice property

We were very pleased with our experience at this property. The rooms were private and comfortable.The neighborhood was modest but it felt safe. This is a great property for renters who have extended family as there was a downstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. My only complaint was there was no sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes and we had to use a washcloth for doing dishes. Also an extra lounge chair in the 'den" would have been more comfortable as all there was was a medium sized sofa for seating. the nightly rate was on the higher side but a great value as it accomodates so many people with separate living quarters on both floors.The hardwood floors were so important for my elderly mom who gets around by scooting in her wheeled walker. I recommend this property for larger families with "Two for the price of one" feature. The host was very respondive when we had questions.

Run down property, unresponsive host

This property is a dump. Jeff has done virtually nothing to keep up this property. Walls and carpets are filthy. What’s worse, Jeff is wildly unresponsive and when he responds (only using VRBO app messenger by the way), he offers no support. The heat in this dump wasn’t working. We slept in 55 degree temperatures on the coldest day in Denver over the last 30 years. I’ll never stay here again and recommend no one else do.

Neglected

Where do I start? Filthy gross carpet, curtain rods that fall down, broken windows, closet doors & other fixtures, lots of dead bugs on window sills, outlets with exposed wiring, washing machine can't run cold water. I could keep going. The place is neglected. The size and location were good and Jeff was quick to answer questions, but those don't outweigh the poor condition of the property. I would NOT stay here again because it needs way too much TLC.

Great location and responsive host

The most important good thing about this rental was the host was responsive to questions and quick to address issues. This location was great when we had to go to Denver for the funeral of my 90 year old mother. Even though the church for the funeral and the cemetery were quite far from each other, having a location in the middle made things much easier. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and places for folks to sit and chat or play board games in the evening. The deck was great.

Wonderful house for large family group

Came into town for my grandmother's funeral and needed a last minute house for large group. My family (with 2 teens), my sister and mother were all able to stay very comfortably at this house. The owner was amazing with commication and house was exactly as described.

A great large group getaway spot!

This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from anything you need! The 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms make it perfect for a family get away. 2 living areas, 2 dining areas and a central kitchen make this house great for family meals or just talking. The house is definitely kid friendly, but be sure to use the baby gate for toddlers. The large back yard was great for the kids. All in all a very pleasant stay!

great location in Denver, lots of room.

This is a great location. Easy access to the expressway to get north or south. Minutes to downtown. Lots of room for the whole family. 5 King bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 family rooms. made for an area for kids and adults. The large fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs. Great value for all of that. Will definitely look this one up for the next trip.

Jeff is amazing

Jeff was amazing and really came thru in my time crunch. My party had an unexpected cancelation with our other location. I found Jeff's house less than 48 hours from check-in. I didn't know what I was going to do. We needed a place to stay. Jeff was very responsive and quick to answer any of my questions. He was prompt in his check in process and the house was very nice and clean. All the beds were comfortable and there was even my favorite K-cup coffee there. I must've had 5 cups. Thank you Jeff for everything. Your house is amazing and in a safe neighborhood. Can't thank you enough. People of VRBO, if you're in Denver this is the place to stay.

Suburban Denver house with nice host

It's a 2 floor house built in mid 1900 in a quaint neighborhood with 1 kitchen for each floor and outdoor seating. It's located close to I-25. Jeff provided clear and helpful communication.
