My first night of 4 I was unable to find the TV remote. I call the front desk to see if they had another remote. The person at the front desk came up to my room and insisted to "search" the room. He looked in every drawer, under the bed and my personal belongings and questioned me as if I had stoled the remote. Then I asked him why my room smelled like cigarette smoke, he then started to mumble something and left the room. He did leave a new remote for the TV but was very RUDE about the whole situation

Needs updating and finish work. Bathroom shower head was a little moldy and floor in room was installed poorly. Upholstery on chair was worn and dirty. Towels were thin and worn.
