We had a great stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The area could be considered a little run down, but we felt safe and like the convenience of the area. We especially liked that there was a train line only a couple of blocks away, so we didn't have to pay for parking when we went downtown. Communication with the managing company was amazing!

We were visiting family and this location was only a couple minutes from their place. Location is good. You have to drive to get to anything but it is close to Denver and the mountains. It is always great to have laundry, so you can pack light. The dryer door could use some work. Could use TV’s in all rooms. Overall perfect for us.

Great location to easily get to Golden and grocery stores nearby. Nice and safe to walk thru the nice neighborhood and Lakewood golf course only 2 blocks away. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a reunion.

This review is for owners only in hopes that there can be some needed changes.The 3 queen beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Could use some lighter blankets. Space was clean.Swamp cooler was fixed for us quickly. Two extra fans were bought and brought to help us stay cool until the cooler was fixed!!! Thank you once more! The thermostat temperature changed for us daily. The heat would come on as we were using the swamp cooler. Heat would be set at 50 but changed to 65 or 67 without anyone touching thermostat. This happened at least 4 times. So at times the swamp cooler was working but the heat came on in bedroom and bathroom.Dining chairs need to be tightened. Front door screen is broken. All window bases need to be clean...very dirty. Curtains are hard to pull open. Bedroom ones don’t cover whole windowsThe ceiling fan in first bedroom cannot be turned off or changed. Chain stuck.The backyard was NOT inviting. The grass needed to be MOWED and/or watered. There is also a big gap under the backdoor where bugs may get in. I have pictures. No dishcloth provided in kitchen and only 2 handtowels. Could use more shampoo, etc for 6 people!Having a few kids' games available would be nice!!Some kitchen plates have metal rings on them which are not compatible with a microwave!!! Please remove these or they may damage your microwave and cause a fire if someone is not aware. Thank your for the key for the locked bedroom and for battery for smoke alarm!!!!

Crazy close to red rocks which was the reason for us coming to the area. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen with convenient laundry. Only concern was air conditioning, but were able to make it work with a box fan we found in the spare room.

We were attending a reception in Lakewood. The house was great and clean and had so many things to make our stay so easy. My only concern was the air conditioning. We followed the directions and used the fans. It was very hot during the day and the house didn’t cool until after midnight.

Nice Place and a great price

We were in Denver for a long weeked over Memorial Day and really enjoyed our stay. Convenient to downtown, Boulder, and Red Rocks. Quiet and secure. Well furnished and comfortable. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Denver anytime soon.

We did not feel particularly safe at the location of the property. We also did not appreciate the condition of the backyard and the yard is a hole which was overgrown with unruly weeds very ugly. The resident was fine, but nothing special.

Cleaning people should really have a check list of what is needed in the property. Such as glasses maybe some extra hangers, coffee pot’s filter holder was missing. Maybe rake back yard so dog poop can be picked up and also not dragging leaves inside. By the way I swept leaves off the back stoop. Was informed prior to checking in that dish washer was not working. Didn’t really bother us since really didn’t eat there other than breakfast.

We enjoyed this property

The hosts were very accommodating when we requested a crib and highchair for our baby. Both helpful items were waiting for us in the rental when we arrived. The check-in and check-out process is slick and easy. The home decorated well. All beds linens and towels were bright and clean. Even the fenced in backyard had patio table, chairs, and gas grill. With that said, the bathtub could have used a better cleaning. I raised the bathmat to check for cleanliness before bathing my children. Under the mat I found evidence of gray matter and white mold. Tha is the only reason I gave this rental 4 stars.

Baseball/Golf trip

Overall property was great, location was perfect for our trip. Plenty of places to eat annd shop locally. Only complaint would be the AC. It was a wall unit in the living room. There were ceiling fans in every room and that little unit did do a decent job of cooling off the property.

Great place to stay!

My mom, my kids, and I stayed here because my son was in a soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfy, check-in was a breeze, and the listing was just as described. It was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The only issue we encountered was that someone was yelling and being highly obnoxious right outside our window around 3am on our last night there. Even with that slight annoyance, I would definitely stay here again. A side note, the coffee pot needs basket filters instead of the cone filters that were provided.
