The location was perfect! Beautiful and clean facility. Friendly staff. Karen at the front desk provided me with superb service. It was wonderful having a Starbuck on premises. I am able to get a Chai Latte without leaving the building. The bottles of water with two tea bags were a nice touch for complimentary items provided to guess. I loved the spacious shower with water that consistently stay hot. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is a fan in the restroom and being able to adjust the lighting in restroom, in middle of the night my eyes had a hard time adjusting to the light in the bathroom, but other than that the room was perfect!

Infestation of cockroaches on my pillows in sinks ,tv did not work ,plumbing in sink was back up it’s a HEALTH HAZARD INVASION OF BUGS I PACKED MY STUFF AT 3:30 am had to cut my vacation short ask for refund but they dodge my calls got video and pic of bugs in my room they serve food in establishment I’m sure that a health violation !!!!! I had to get my suitcase WASH ALL STUFF BECAUSE OF BUGS

Got to check and no one was there, then 2 workers come out after 5 mins. Then we head to entrance 2 and go to our room. Room is ok then go to the bathroom and it’s not clean. The soap packaging was stuck to the counter. The bathroom door didn’t shut. In between the shower doors were brown. Also we were going to dinner outside the hotel and homeless men were standing at the corner of the building and then we being 2 girls on the first floor. Checked early because I was not going to stay another night. Hotel looks nice on the outside and lobby but our room was old.

We like it as a family because everything is close by: shopping, water park, food, everything, etc..... Everyone at the front desk treated us well, especially Jessica. The Starbucks staff were very friendly.

The room was fine, very small and claimed to have a Mountain View but our view was a building. The breakfast was very misleading and a huge rip off— $27 for 2 people for one breakfast sandwich that tastes awful and a soggy breakfast burrito. On top of that the lock on the bathroom door was loose and I got locked in the bathroom not once but twice. Other than that the room was clean.
