The house was super cute, clean and had everything we needed. I will say that I had no idea someone was living in the basement, until I read the reviews after we had checked in. It needs to be at the very top and highlighted. We travel to CO for soccer, multiple times per year. We do VRBO’s, so they kids can be kids. We felt like we had to tip toe around, bc the floors were loud. And we didn’t want to disrupt. But I will say, they didn’t bother us at all. Super quiet, didn’t even know they were there until we saw the door on the outside. And I started looking at the listing and found that information. Overall beautiful house great location.

Great little place with some hiccups

We loved the place. Great location, super convenient, and very clean. The hot tub was also a bonus. The reason for lower stars is there were a few bugs, especially at night, and we had plumbers/maintenance workers in the house while we were not home. We were not notified they would be there and then the bathtub was no longer accessible without communication from the property manager. They did let us check in early, which was amazing and we were grateful for that. Overall, would stay again but would love more communication regarding when people are in the house or coming to fix issues we were unaware about. Especially when valuables and other items are left around the house

An Arvada Jewel!

I highly recommend this adorable Arvada home. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location. The home is well-stocked. They anticipated everything we could need. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate the holidays. We hope to stay in this jewel again!

Stayed as this is close to my sisters and I have two tiny dogs. All together nice property and quiet. There is a tenant below but they were very quiet. I just think my only complaint is….downstairs tenant should have been in bold on the listing. It was only in the fine print disclaimer.

Nice Property; Worked For Us

The property was clean and adequate for the purpose of our visit. The home was neat and clean and adequately stocked with supplies and kitchen stuff. As we spent quite a bit of time at the property, we found the living room furniture somewhat sparse and lacking in comfort and the master bed was very low to the ground. The location suited our needs.

Nice Place

We had a very nice stay at this property. House was clean and looks just like the pictures. I do want to mention that I believe people should be told this property is a duplex. At times we felt as though we needed to be quiet late at night to not disturb those below us.

This was my first air b&b/vrbo experience and I will most likely be staying in a hotel from now on. It did not meet our cleanliness standards and the floor was dirty. I was hoping I had a place where I could let my infant crawl around on the floor and this was not the case. There was no dish soap/dish washer pods. None of the windows were locked. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Plus, the biggest turn off is that there are people downstairs and it is not a private home. I was wondering where the crying kids were coming from. This was not clearly marked in the description.

Spring break

The property was very clean and the hot tub and large bath tub was very nice and relaxing! Like others mentioned, the kitchen was colder than the rest. The only issue that I wasn’t very impressed with is there are people living in the basement of the home. This isn’t mentioned in the listing. It felt as though you had to be quiet because they have young children. Nothing is shared with them, but I wasn’t expecting a duplex more or less.

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and communication was easy. The huge bathtub and hot tub were very relaxing and welcome amenities with the snowy weather we had. Beds were a little firm for our taste, but we slept fine. Kitchen area is a little colder than the rest of the house like another guest stated, but there was a space heater in the house and with that it was very comfortable. I would stay again and highly recommend it to other guests.

Hot tub and windows need to be fixed

I love that this place had luxury things like touch mirrors, an updated bathroom, a smart TV, and a nice kitchen. The master bathroom is nice and the tub is huge. Overall the house looked nice. Although i wish they would've replaced the windows. The heat was set to 70. The rooms were about 76 while the rest of the house was in the mid 60s. You could feel a draft through the windows but the rooms were hot. The second bedroom doesnt have a tv and my sister and i both need sound to fall asleep. One of the main reasons i choose this place was the hot tub but i was having trouble with it the whole stay. The temperature wouldnt stay up, the lights didnt turn on, and the jets would turn off and on randomly. Other than that the place was nice. I also wish they had some more pots for cooking.
