the shuttle from the airport was good. the breakfast was good, but the hotel looked a little worn, not like the excellent accommodations that Hampton Inn usually offers

Unfortunately, the hotel was having issues with their system and I had to wait 45 minutes just to check in the main front worker did his best however, at the end of the day I never had a room key and because I was by myself, I couldn’t feel comfortable going and coming because it would be an inconvenience to go to the front to have him scan me into the room
