All the design choices are curated to create a luxurious-yet-comfortable look. Exposed brick walls in almost every room, high ceilings, an incredible bar top made from a cross-section of a 180-year-old oak tree (floating shelves in the kitchen came from the same tree!), wide granite countertops (so much counter space!) and high-end tall cabinets, stainless steel appliances. A 75-inch TV with built-in surround-sound system provides captivating entertainment in the cozy living room space, with a 2nd, 60-inch TV at the foot of the king bed in one bedroom. The shower has three shower heads, including a large "rain" style head directly above. In-unit laundry machines mean that you can stay comfortably, even on an extended visit! One bedroom contains office/desk space, and the whole property has free and fast wi-fi access, perfect for those guests who work remotely.

Our space is located in the very heart of the Congress Park neighborhood in East Denver, on a block that is surrounded by amazing restaurants and amenities! The front door is literally steps from fine dining (Blue Pan Pizza, Ronin Sushi), casual dining (Crepes 'n Crepes, the French Press), coffee/breakfast (Under The Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, The French Press), a popular ice cream shoppe (Sweet Cooie's), and a neighborhood-anchoring liquor/convenience store (Capitol Heights Pharmacy). -No smoking, pets, quiet hours 10PM - 7AM
- Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
