Downtown Hilton

We loved the hotel and restaurant. Service at the restaurant was impeccable and the food was excellent. The room was spacious with comfy beds and nice towels and linens. The hotel is downtown so their parking is expensive but there are cheaper lots and street parking nearby.

When we arrived to check in the hotel informed us that their Air Conditioning had been broken for over a week. No advanced notice! We scrambled to get another hotel room as we were there for our daughter’s wedding. We want a FULL REFUND!

Nice place. It was clean and the staff were very nice. Food was good but breakfast cost extra. My one complaint is that my bathroom toilet stank like a campground latrine. I did let them know this but it didn’t seem like there was anything they could do about it.

Disappointed that there are no glasses in the rooms, ice machine didn't work on the 8th floor, elevators too slow in the mornings, hilton rewards member still have to pay for breakfast, couldn't get the apps on the TV like Netflix, chairs in the room uncomfortable, need a short sofa

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Inn Downtown Denver! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect and clean, housekeeping were very quick and I truly appreciated them cleaning around my belongings instead of moving them. The area is wonderful and easy to walk to a bunch of locations! 10/10 I will definitely keep Hilton into consideration for future stays!
