Love the cleanliness and amenities the hotel chain has to offer, however, front desk people at this property need a bit more training on customer service end. I felt like I was nickeled & dimed for everything from checking in 5 minutes early to parking. Any time I asked a question I was pushed to become an IHG premium member in order to receive a service.

The hotel was spotless and they have great, freshly ground coffee 24/7. The breakfast was good, rooms really clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall okay room was definitely clean but could hear people and tvs easily and for whatever reason the part of my room with the applicanes wasn’t working so my dogs refrigerated food nearly went bad but they fixed it pretty fast thankfully. Breakfast wasn’t as good as the reviews made it seem but at least it was complimentary
