Friendly staff, the room was nice and clean. I couldn't get the WI-FI to work on my phone. The roof top was really nice. Thank you to the bartender who let me barrow a corkscrew and saved the night.

My only 2 complaints were that I paid for a High Floor with a view and that’s not really what I got, my view was the building in front of us. I also called ahead of time to ask for the price of the deposit and by phone they said 50. Once I checked in they said that the deposit was 100.

Room was ok no fridge the cooler didnt work at all. Certain staff was ok, call front desk they dont answer just immediately put you on hold, line can be long and girl with the braids and glasses will just stay to the left on another laptop and not help the girl to the right who tries to do it all..

The amenities that were listed on the site were not correct. There wasn’t robes in the room as described. When calling down to ask for one. There was no answer at the front desk. No microwave. Ice machine was broken. No free coffee as listed. Terrible room view. Room service number just rang. No late check out. Not worth the money at all
