Ran down, outside was dirty. Needs new paint outside or a power wash. Dog poop on ground. Never gave deposit back. Definitely used my own sheets here.

This place was a rathole Filthy, worn out, tv didn’t work, no hot water, lousy breakfast, sloppy staff, people dragging metal objects across the entry courtyard until after midnight. Refund my money or never hear from me again.

Part of the reason we booked this was because of the hotel and previous amenities ive enjoyed like having a fridge in the room. Our room could have been cleaned more throughly. There are left over items from the previous people inthe room. Our room smells like mildew, could be the ac unit. I havent stopped sneezing since we came in our room. Hopefully they offer the breakfast options as they said. Pretty sad experience.

We called and asked for early check in with the number listed because we were traveling from one hotel to another. I called twice and they said they could for an extra charge. Once i got there, it was a big, fat, NO. We were pissed and left with nowhere to get ready for a party. The call center clearly misinformed me, 2x!

Staff was helpful. No conditioner, no washcloths, bare bones breakfast, one ice maker. Clearly an old building that could use some work. Overpriced for what I received. The Comfort Inn was 10x better and less expensive on a weekend!
