It was just ok. Needs updating. Cardkeys repeatedly quit working and had to be replaced. Carpet was stained. The best part about it was the location and the fact that it was dog friendly.

For a budget hotel rate they do a great job at providing all the same things you would find in more expensive hotels. The continental breakfast was top notch. Nice sized clean rooms, clean smoking areas and good security. Super friendly staff. Maintenance man was especially helpful, provided a second chair and unclogged our stool promptly.

It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get me checked into the hotel. There was no shampoo for hair and no hot water for the shower the next morning. At checkout the person working the front desk could not be bothered to stand up from where they were sitting (away from the counter) and approach the counter. All she said was what is your room # and, then simply replied, 'you're all checked out' without ever lifting a finger. She did offer a 20% discount for my trouble at the hotel, but since this was booked with a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. I was very disappointed with this experience.

The room I initially had,had bed bugs and so we were mo ed to another room where it was dirty. The TV didn't work and the mattresses stunk and when we checked the mattress; it was very dirty. Peed on and overall nasty. They need to remodel and get new housekeeping.

Friendly place

The staff was amazing.We got in early and Asked if we could Check in early and the front desk clerk Help us so much and Got us in early. The beds and the bathroom were clean it It did smell nice. It is a Is pet friendly place so There seems to be a lot of pets. The carpet had a few stains but there was no odor.
