Self check-in via keypad after 4 PM — flexible for late concert arrivals. Full house yours: all three
levels, hot tub, fire pit, backyard, both living areas, all bedrooms, all baths, kitchen. Garage and
supply closet are off-limits. We (Kirsten + team) respond within an hour. Local Superhost, 2 years
hosting.

Check-in 4 PM / check-out 10 AM · 12 overnight guests max · No parties or events · No smoking
or vaping anywhere — $1,000 fine if any smoking material is found or smelled · Quiet hours 10
PM (concert-weekend grace 11 PM if Red Rocks runs late). Exterior cameras (driveway + entry, no
interior). Carbon monoxide + smoke alarms throughout. Brand new home — please respect the
finishes.
