I didn't get to meet out host. Everything was wonderful n plenty of room for everyone. Great location for us.The only thing was one of the bedroom fire alarm kept going off n we had to keep turning it off. Bedroom upstairs that is to the left of the bathroom.

Everything went great for our stay in Brighton!!! The house worked perfect for our group taking a ski trip and we enjoyed the living/hang out areas including the game room. Allowed for a few different groups to hang out at the same time.Thanks and recommend all considering to give this place a shot! Also, the 'check-out' requirements were the easiest of any VRBO I've ever stayed at. Just trash and dishes which helped make checking out with a large group so much easier!

The home is large and accommodates many people. It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but had a large living area where we could all hang out. There were 10 of us in our group. We had a couple of issues that were handled promptly. Really appreciated the responsiveness. We all enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place.

First timers

As First timers not staying in a hotel, but trying out Vrbo instead. I believe we might continue to use vrbo from our experience while staying here. Family was happy with space and at home feeling they are ready to plan another trip. Highly recommend staying here. Host responded to questions quickly! Overall awesome stay!

Some potential, but too many issues

We had high hopes, but unfortunately, this stay fell short. We reached out to the host hoping they’d make things right after finding that several advertised amenities weren’t usable—but the response was basically that we should’ve contacted them during our stay for repairs. While that might work for some, we were on vacation—not looking to manage maintenance issues.The BBQ didn’t work, the fire pit was unusable, the couch’s recliner was broken and sunk in, and the kitchen was stocked with worn-out cookware and hardly any utensils. There were only 2 hand towels in the kitchen, no potholders (I almost burned myself), and a blender with no lid. The dishwasher was broken and barely worked. The kitchen sink wouldn’t stop running. We found dried contact lenses on the upstairs bed—gross.The downstairs felt like a fire hazard with blocked windows, the side gate didn’t lock, and the back door was hard to shut. Oh, and the toilet paper? One-ply. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like wiping with sandpaper.Parking was super limited—tight driveway, and the street was always packed. The house had no “extras,” just basic shelter. Honestly, for the price, my home offers more. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort or amenities, this could work. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.We took photos, but it won't allow me to upload.

Honest Feedback

The location, and amenities this property offers are nice. However, what you see and what you get, are not quite the same. If you look at the photos then reduce what you see by 20% of what it really is, is a fair assessment. For starters, the carpeted areas are tattered/worn out in several areas due to usage, smells like animals and displays multiple evidences of animal mishaps not to mention walking in your socks, gets animal hair all over you. This carpet should be replaced. There were several issues we encountered, that not only the cleanliness, but lack of maintenance and repair, some of this for safety. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement like many other things. One of the selling features is a movie theater and game room. Since we had children this was a deciding factor to keep them entertained. What we got was a converted two car garage space that has no dedicated HVAC. In our case the very cold mornings and nights, made it unusable - period. Adding up my comments, you decide,

The house was not clean, the carpets are filthy dirty throughout the entire house, the backyard is a hot mess with weeds/ leave everywhere which prohibits the use of the back yard. Patio furniture has rips n tears in several, seats, big green raggedy umbrella thrown across the yard. When stepping out onto the porch it wobbles due to unsteadiness. Bedroom on top level with stripe accent wall has a huge dip in the mattress. Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. Overall rating 2 stars.

Family Vacation

Loved the location, close to all things we wanted to do. The air didn’t work the first day, they sent someone out to fix it and I got better. The last night the air didn’t work at all entire house was 80 degrees. Two family members slept outside as it was cooler out there. The back yard had a lot of weeds and wasps nests so was co corned for the kids getting stung. The house was the perfect size for what we needed just felt for what we paid for it could e been better.

Great place to stay

My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!
