Our stay at this location was very disappointing and felt unsafe. When we arrived, there were police surrounding the building, and several homeless people hanging around outside. The room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, there were holes in the walls, and the bed was pushed right up against the heater. The sheets and blankets had black hairs all over them, which was very unsanitary. After seeing the condition of the room, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there and decided to leave right away. I would not recommend this location.

The staff was great but the room left much to be desired. My bed had hairs in it, the bathroom vanity was falling apart, and the TV remote didn't work. It was cheap though.

It’s wasn’t the cleanest place, bed was fine but bathroom was missing the exhaust cover exposing all the dust in the fan, shower curtain missing hooks, shower floor dirty.. random stains on walls. The sink counter top was on an angle like falling off the wall.. it’s was quite sketchy wouldn’t recommend for a solo trip.. I asked for extra towels a few times.. got nothing just the original bath towel a hand towel and a floor towel.. it was quite loud too.. between cars and random people talking loudly

The floor has some sort of smudge spots all over it. Shower had hair in it. There were drink rings on the desk. There were tenants blasting gangsta rap music throughout the night.

The TV was nice and staff was friendly. The room itself had paint all over the floor, we were missing a lampshade, the room smelled like smoke, and I could go on. Not great quality.

The room itself wasn’t bad, but it stank like wet dog. We also had no Toilet paper,& enough towels for everybody. The older women working the front was nice,& gave us the things we didn’t have in the room (TP/Towels) and it’s pretty ghetto in the nearby area. Would most likely not stay again

Very Old and Low Quality

There were a lot of "homeless" people who were staying there and just left their shopping carts in front of their rooms. In my room, someone had taken all of the lamp shades, so everything was just a bare bulb. I got undressed to shower, and then realized there were no towels in the room. The phone in the room didn't work. I called the property on my cellphone and told them I had no towels. The woman at the front desk said she was alone and asked me to come up and get them. (I got dressed, walked from the back of the property to the office, then walked back to begin my shower.) Everyone at the front desk was amazing. But the rooms and the services need a lot of work. Also, every day my room key wouldn't work. The guy told me your car key, cellphone, watch, etc -- anything can wipe the card, so I just went to the front desk each time I returned so they could fix the key. I think this property is happy with the un-homed customers it appears to cater to, and just wanted to let everyone else know what to expect.

The service at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. The bed was old and creeky and very uncomfortable. There were no towels or trash can in the room. Brown streaks on the walls in some places and the door deadbolt did not work and you had to yank on the door just to get it open
