Airport shuttle was great! However, the rooms smelled musty and there's a lot of highway noise. The elevator was not working properly, so if you stay on the 2nd floor you have to either walk up from floor 1 or go ride up to floor 3 and walk down to floor 2. This should be addressed asap!

Nice getaway hotel with courteous staff. The breakfast was mediocre. Indoor pool and hot tub is a bonus. Shuttle to the hotel is an available to save money on transportation.

The manager on duty, Basit Khan, was of utmost delight. She helped ease my stress over being down for medical visits at Anschutz. She made me feel really comfortable. The hottub I couldnt get to shut off, the maintenance came down and showed me, even he had a little trouble that was noted in the file. The staff went above and beyond in helping clean up the water and dry the room, the floor, our clothes. They were wonderful.

I didn't leave my room more than maybe 3 times and my key card stop working. Had I left my wallet if may have been an issue. The man working the desk at should be more cautious when saying pls personal information out loud.

Great hotel. Nice big clean rooms. Nothing super close for shopping / food, but several options within walking distance across freeway. Shuttle to/from airport. Definitely would stay again.

Room was clean. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. We did not spend much time in the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a few nights. The elevator did not go to the 2nd floor. The laundry is just a washer and dryer in the room with the vending machine. I didn't see if they had laundry detergent to use or purchase. The room service is not in house.

The staff was excellent, I checked in on 10/01 around 3pm and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful! The room was nice and clean. We absolutely loved the breakfast! Would stay again as it is close to the airport and close to downtown. We did rent a car so that was very cost friendly versus ubering everywhere.

Exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. The elevator only goes between the first and the third floor, so if you don't want to ride to 3 then take your bag down a flight of stairs consider telling them in advance. On that note, the shuttle from the airport requires you to call them and request a pickup. Talk to a human don't let the robot confuse you. The shuttle to the airport has a sign up at the front desk. Anyways, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and service was nice.
