Dara at the desk is a superstar!!!

Honestly, I was grumpy finding out there is a security room charge on top of the cost of the room & that the room I booked was only 1 bed (which I still don't know how that happened), but the lady at the desk, Dara, was a superstar. She showed grace & kindness when I probably wasn't very pleasant with her. She even moved her car so I could have a closer parking spot since theres only 4 handicapped parking spots for the hotel.

I believe the roof was leaking and I stayed awake all night listening to a dripping sound. When I mentioned it to the morning desk clerk, I was told I need to move ‘Right Now’ if I wanted to change rooms…..when mentioned about room service, I was reminded they only do room service every 3 days. I think they should at least come in and empty trash daily, or at least every 2 days!
