This place was immaculate! We had the "Christmas Suite" and it was truly amazing! So many thoughtful and detailed touches! Beautiful!

We have stayed at this hotel since it initially opened. It has always been wonderful.. They catered to the big Medical Center that is just around the corner. So whenever we have an appointment, we stay there. However, in the last six months, they have been giving the handicap parking to their employees or the valet parks there. None of the cars there have handicap placards. I have repeatedly requested for them to move the car or I’m going to call the police and report it. They have always been rude and surly. I reported it to a district manager and have never heard a thing. This is really destroyed my opinion of this hotel. I believe they were built to assist people that come in to be treated at the medical Center so most of them have handicap placards. Shame on them.

This is my second time staying here. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is spotless, and one of a kind. The food is amazing. All of it. There has been nothing for me to complain about.

The smell was so bad in our bathrooms we couldn't use it. The sewer gas problem you are having needs to be addressed. The hallway by your gym on the lower level is so bad with this smell you can't stand in it and feel like it's ok to breathe. We really like this hotel and hope you can fix this. We cant stay here again until you do;.
