The food and service were over-the-top! I wish there were a Gallata restaurant in Phoenix. Congrats to the chef! The entire hotel and restaurant were so tastefully designed. Wow! I also appreciated a room with a balcony, as I can become claustrophobic. 10 stars all-around.
