Just started staying with days inn which i wasnt aware of before i stayed but we have stayed around 10 times now just unknown parking fee and a blonle lady on reception with glasses shes has a accent was just so rude and unwelcoming anything i asked for or for information was limited everything i asled for was a no like ice i wasmt allto take to the room the rooms was so hot which was uncomfortable i asked for a fan she directly said no without looking which we had to lose myas we couldn't stay due to making us feel unwell due to heat other than her very suitable amd fair price

Very pleasant surprise about days in equivalent to other leading brands always welcomed polity the down side the hotel was tooo hot unbearable also the room wasnt enough space for all guests and just had to pick 3 moths from around the window which couldn't be helped but overall graat stay

Good location, comfy beds. No plug sockets near any beds at all. Extremely disappointed as Paid for breakfast for me and my daughter, only to find out they don't do a hot breakfast of any kind, which was not detailed before booking, definitely not worth the extra money for a cold breakfast which we didn't have. Will not be booking at this place again

The hotel was passable, and if it wasn't for the staff it would be a negative review. Rooms needs updating, a TV bigger than a large laptop would be nice. Some suitcase stands would be nice. Some softer pillows are needed. Convenient location, great staff, and clean are it strong points

The hotel itself was fair. We have stayed previously. However, we are a family of 5 (youngest is 4) and we had to pay for two rooms. It was stated when booking “two rooms for £45 per night” I took this to mean for the two together not per room per night so this doubled our expense. I did inquire if we needed the second room as my youngest would sleep in with us and there was a trundle bed in the one room that we could use for my other two children. We were told no. We didn’t use the second room at all, only to get some more milk and coffee as ours were not topped up. Other than that it was pretty surplus meaning we paid over £200 for a room we didn’t use. Not very impressed as with 3 children and a weekend away it is already expensive without needing to pay for another room that we simply did not need

No Smoking?

Hotel was tidy and clean enough. Disappointed with the smell of unusual ‘tobacco’ smell despite there being signs regarding no-smoking in the building. Perhaps someone was too high or not bothered enough to care.
