Room was perfect. Staff efficient. Food in the restaurant was really poor. I was served a grisly, over done steak when I ordered a medium rare. They attempted to charge me for it too. I spike to reception who only charged me 50% which I appreciate.

I am still waiting for a reply . I asked to change the dates due to a serious health issue . I explained that I was staying to visit my best friend who is going through chemotherapy and because I was full of a cold I couldn’t see her as the chemo has made her immune system very low . There was no way to contact the hotel other than and virtual assistant who just asked for more money .

Stayed here for the racing at Doddintgton what a great stay we had the room was immaculate , clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable that we have ever had and the tv was great we could even watch our own netflicks ! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were too We will definitely return again .
