I liked that I was able to be picked up at the airport and returned to it in the morning at the time I specified. The concierge was very polite and helpful with my questions. I would recommend this hotel to all who travel to Des Moines as it is very close to the airport, within 10 minutes.

When I got into my room, I pulled back the covers of the bed to check for cleanliness and found an excessive amount of hair and other dark spots (I.e. possibly bed bug droppings) between the sheets. I grabbed my bags and left the hotel, NEVER to return!!

Reserved king size bed when we arrived we received a 2 bed room. Was told they were out of Kings, isn't that the purpose of a reservation. Hallways were drabby and dark, in spots the hallway carpet is almost black. The room was ok, you can't roll over in your bed with all the squeaking the bed frame makes but the mattresses were very comfortable. We woke to our room being flooded by the leaking refrigerator. Very disappointing stay

Room was good and clean, but the TV wouldn't connect to anything so couldn't watch anything during my stay. Somebody kept trying to break in the back secure door burning and ripppig the card reader from the place it sets. The pool was amazing the hotel was beautiful and quiet. I was t a fan of the beds though a little hard for me.

Hotel and room were unclean. Lots of hairs on bedding, poor paint job. It smelled strongly of Indian food, which I like—but I don’t necessarily want to smell it an entire hotel stay. There was garbage piled outside of the garbage can outside the entrance door, a dog barked continuously the entire stay. Everything was in disrepair and it was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The only compliment I have was their shuttle service, they were really prompt.

The airport shuttle was easy, the staff were helpful and the room was clean though spartan and outdated. BUT, the hallways wreaked of some foul organic odor and the hotel is generally in disrepair. The supposedly ungraded breakfast was extremely poor and unhealthy. There was no fruit, biscuits were hard as a rock, the gravy was the consistency of playdoh, and everything else was UHP foods. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Horrible from start to finish. Very dirty rooms, towels(not washed??), shower is only good for people no taller than 4’ 8”, noisy all day and night. AC noise was constant and loud. I seriously thought the place was abandoned when I first stepped in the lobby. Ghost town to say the least. I’ll take my chances on the street instead.
