Light outbin bathroom, staff replaced it. No bar soap...otherwise a nice room.

The tv kept turning off like it had a short in it. Had to hold the flusher for the toilet down in order for it to flush or it wouldnt flush. The hot tub wasnt working. Didnt no you couldnt have birthday parties in the room so i had to cancel my plans. No soap in yhe bathrooms to wash your hands. No rails to hold on to the blanket were ripped on both beds. The fold out bed had no sheets on it. It was dusty. Just a horrible experience wont ever come back friends and family wont either. If unable to have parties in the rooms that needs to be in big bold wording some place because i didnt see it or i over looked it and if i over looked it then its my fault for that part. But it was a baf experience for me and i wont return

There was a lunchable food left in the refrigerator that did not belong to us when we checked in toilet. Tissue was empty in the bathroom and there was some sort of white residue on the carpet under the desk and on the desk chair. Hot tub and pool were both down while we there which was also very disappointing

The heat was broken on our first room so we had to move. The staff was fairly accommodating. The hot tub was closed, which is a huge bummer on such a cold day. Overall, the hotel felt pretty rundown, but mostly clean. The breakfast was very clean and well stocked but the hot food wasn’t very hot. Our biggest complaint is that we reserved a king room with two twins, and that is not what we got at all in our first room. It was a king with a full-size bed, which is not going to work with our two older kids. When I told the staff that we didn’t get what we was advertised, she said that it’s Expedia’s fault.
