The house is a great gathering place for a group. Lots of bedrooms, and meeting space indoors and out. Fun outside options! The Host was extremely responsive to all communications and resolving some technical issues at the house right away. Nearest grocery store is about a half hour away so if you stay here be sure to bring everything. The only complaint I heard from our group was that the bathroom sharing situation wasn't great - too bad they don't have another bathroom with a shower - that would make a difference when you have 10 people staying at the house. The host was always available and helpful. I recommend this place for a good group gathering "away from it all."

Anna was very responsive. The property is spacious and with 6 kids and 11 adults it was perfect. There were plenty of bathrooms and each parent was able to stay very near their children’s room. It was nice that there were two sets of washer and dryer. We got a lot of use out of the pool, spa, pickleball court and outside area in general - the weather for Thanksgiving was perfect. We were in town for our anniversary and the Anna was able to recommend a portrait photographer and a restaurant. Eight4Nine while expensive was worth it. We had our own private dining room and the food was excellent. Thanks Anna!

The house was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the laundry facilities. The pool and sauna were beautiful as well as the landscaping. Communication with the property manager was excellent.We had a little trouble with the pool heat, but worked it out. Overall, I would highly encourage you to book this house!

Perfect for a staycation!

We had a group of 20 stay comfortably at this fun beautiful home for a 4-day weekend and 50th birthday gathering. The location was just what we wanted with mountain views and space on all sides. It is a big property, plus you do not have houses stacked one on top of the other. The several rooms are nicely laid out in 3 separate areas which was nice for such a large group. Several of the rooms are farther away from the living room so those who wanted more quiet or privacy could have it. The outdoors has lots of room for hanging out and kids playing and a long dining table. There are several outdoor games and the hot tub was really nice too. While we did drive one day 45 minutes to Joshua Tree, we spent nearly all our time at the house and enjoyed it a lot. The open layout from kitchen to living room made it easy to cook and connect and have people be able to both socialize and to jump in and help in the kitchen too. There were some issues like the 2nd refrigerator not working, difficulty in getting the fire pit turned on, or not enough glasses at first, but they handled those issues and compensated us for the disruption. They also had a handyman on site as we arrived. Francisco was friendly and helpful. There was a rug that had a curl that I thought was a tripping hazard, but that is an easy switch, so I imagine they will fix that. Overall, it was a lovely spot, lovely home and a lovely time.

Moms 80th Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect for our family that lives locally and those that came from the east coast. The bedrooms accommodated all the different age groups from a 2 yr old to 80 year old. Use of a pool, spa, putting green, outdoor grilling area, and pickleball court gave everyone something to do without leaving the property.Open kitchen area made it easy to prepare meals. We had an issue with the spa and contacted property owner and they had someone out within 30 minutes to fix it. I would highly recommend this property for friends, family get together.

Resort-style property

Our group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids) went down for a 5-day getaway to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The property was perfect for us. The different “wings” of the house meant that each family had its own space, and the common areas were perfect for all of us to gather. The outdoor living space was vast, and comfortable, and we spent countless hours outside in the pool and spa- and also relaxing in the shade. Anna and her team were incredibly quick to respond to queries, both before and during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation!

Ladies retreat

Each year it is my goal to find a home with enough beds in the right price range that will also be nice enough for our retreat. This was a perfect place for us! Clean, beautiful, relaxing. I love all the white with the touch of green plants around. The pool was warm, beautiful and clean with lots of places to relax. I had to contact the owners a couple of times and they were very responsive and quick to help. Would definitely stay here again next year or look for other locations owned by this company to stay in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Girls Basketball

Such a fun place to stay. We came to Palm Springs for a girls basketball tournament. We had 8 moms and 11 high school girls. The layout of the home was perfect. each mom had their own bedroom with the ninth bedroom, the bunkbed room was left over for some of the girls. Of course the girls all piled into the bunkbed room. The pool was amazing, however, due to weather we were not able to utilize. Even having to move everything inside we never felt tight on space. We didn't have to worry about the girls running around the front because the property is fenced in with an electric gate. We had our own little compound. We will definitely be making this a yearly trip for our team. Thank you Anna for having us.

Great place!

This house is a great place if you are looking for a weekend away, but want to be away from the noise of neighbors and city. (about 30 mins outside of Palm Springs) The house is perfect, huge and clean. It was a hot weekend so the AC was only set at 75F but the fans helped keep it cool with the amount of people in the house. The only bummer is that we got a noise compliant early in the day around 1pm, from music playing on a small speaker. Not sure how we got the noise complaint because don't think we saw any neighbors close enough to hear the music, but the owner does have signs saying no amplified music. I def would stay again! Thank you Anna!
