Convenience location on private beach

Our stay at the Coral Reef Club #23 was great! The condo was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The view from our second floor balcony was perfect. The beach was not crowded at all and the location could not have been anymore convenient to local shopping as the Commons are just across the street. We would highly recommend this to anyone and would be happy to go back in the future.

Its proximity to shopping and restaurants made it very convenient as we didn’t have to travel far to do all the things we like to do in Destin. Property Manager is Abyssmal

My daughter and I got covid the week before we were supposed to stay. Despite communicating with them, Destin Realty wouldn't offer us a credit or partial refund despite it being the recommended policy from VRBO. They could have easily given us a 50% credit or refund and rented the place for 50% off and made the same amount of money. When I asked them if they would sanitize the room after we left if we told them in advance we would have covid they said no. They truly do not care about anything but money. Think twice before renting from Destin Realty. Rent from a VRBO owner by an actual human being.

We really like everything about it.The unit we stayed in this year was located just above the walkway to the beach. I really just wanted privacy but our location was such that nearly everyone looked at our balcony and waved or spoke. Good problem to have. Next year I’ll select a unit closer to the end of the bldg. my super friendly hubby loved the location lol
