Our family loved our stay here! It was so close to the beach! The kids loved the pool and the game room. This property fit our family of 15 very comfortably! We also loved the fire pit during the evenings. It was great to have the beach, pool, and hot tub so close.

We will absolutely stay here again! Great communication with everything. House was the perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was perfect. Everything was fenced in for our little ones. Beautiful beach views with the beach right across the street. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is white as a ghost. This place was fantastic for our family, teens and parents! Any issues were very quickly handled and nothing negative to report.Beach was so close with lots of gear ready to go. The teens loved us taking them around in the golf cart! We didn’t spend too much time in the game room since we spent most of the time in the common area between houses. The rooms/beds were comfortable and spacious along with plenty of bathrooms for our family of 15. The outdoor area was amazing as well as the game room on a couple of rainy evenings. We were very pleased with the house and location was great! Most of all the attentiveness and friendliness of the host

Great Family Beach House

Fabulous Stay

This location is situated across the street from the ocean, offering an unobstructed view due to the empty lots. The outdoor area is perfect for gathering and feels very private.We all had a great time in this fantastic property.

Family Vacation - Huge Success!

This was the MOST relaxing family vacation we have ever take. We go to Florida every year for Spring Break, and we loved this property so much, that we have already reserved for next year.Part of the family got to the property earlier than check in, and the property manager allowed for them to store their luggage in the game room, which worked out perfect. The check in process was very easy. The communication was extremely useful and welcomed. The property exceeded our expectations! Everything was better than described in the listing. I did have some questions during our visit and was pleasantly surprised on how quickly I received replies. An example would be that the outlets in the master bathroom weren't working. I contacted the management, and they were out the same day to fix it. I was so impressed!The location of this house is right across the street from the ocean. The only way to be closer is to be right on the beach. We used the hot tub, the game room (great for rainy days), the pool, the fire pit, the grill, the outside fridge for drinks......we took advantage of every one of the amenities. We even rented the golf carts from management. I recommend paying the additional fee for the pool to be heated! The nights are chilly, and the kids loved it! You just never know what the weather is going to be in April.We are looking forward to Family Vacation 2026!!

Great house for large group

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 3 different families with 6 adults and 11 kids ranging from 6 to 16. The beds were all very comfortable, the game room was awesome and the pool and hot tub got many hours of use. The location right across the street from the beach was great too! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break House/Location

We stayed at this house for my son's senior spring break trip. There were ten of us and we all loved the house and location. The seniors loved all there was to do, even on a rainy day. The host was extremely responsive to questions and when the hot tub got a little dirty, they sent someone out to clean it immediately. I would definitely recommend this property for groups with kids/teenagers. It has a great view of the beach being just across the street. Several beach chairs and a wagon were also included. There was no need to rent a golf cart because it is so close to the beach.

Maybe this property is under new management, I’m not sure because upon choosing this property for our entire 8 day Thanksgiving vacation, it had 9.8 stars. Beautiful Destin

The property was just perfect for our family. We had six adults and four children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, common areas were spacious. The pool was wonderful and the location was just a short one block to the beach. The beach was beautiful, pure white sand framing the crystal clear water of the gulf. The management team was easy to work with and very responsive. Overall it was a great vacation on a wonderful property.

Family get together

It was awesome!! The house was absolutely perfect for all of us. With the pool and all the other game's everyone was occupied and having fun. The outside bar with the refrigerator was a very nice added feature. Very easy stroll to the beach was extremely helpful. I will definitely be reaching out for this house in the very near future!!

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

What a fabulous property and location. Honestly its better than the pictures as there is now a great outdoor bar by the pool and the small hotel that was directly across the street has been torn down so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean and you can access the beach through an easy path instead of the beach access a little further down. The pool is a great size and the game room is fantastic for kids and teens. That said the location is what we loved the most. Literally a 45 second walk and you are on the beach. We easily cooked and grilled multiple nights for our large group and sleeping arrangements worked for all. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and setup for large groups

I booked this property to host a co-ed baby shower for my best friends. This property allowed most of the guests to stay on site. Lots of space and the extra bathrooms provided just the right amount of privacy. The heated pool and game room provided the entertainment, when the weather didn’t cooperate for the beach. You could see and hear the ocean from the property and the public walkway was literally across the street. The open floor plan was perfect for the more formal part of the shower and for feeding the group. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this location and will go back if the opportunity ever presents itself.

Great for families

This property had everything you could possibly want. Right across street from beach, pool, game room, projection screen, fire pit, outdoor covered barbecue area. It does have a guest house with 3 bedrooms which would be great for teenagers, we didn’t use it because there was only 6 of us. We did a golf cart rental which I highly recommend. It is easy way to get around as well as just fun. They had everything you need to go to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella’s, sand toys, and beach towels. I would definitely stay here again.
