Das beste Layout, das ich je für Strandhaus, alle KÖNIGS (plus Schlafraum) und kein gemeinsames Badezimmer gemacht habe - und alles neu! KOSTENLOSER Stuhldienst für 6 direkt am Wasser (saisonal)! Nehmen Sie einen "CHILL PILL" in diesem brandneuen, maßgeschneiderten Gebäude direkt gegenüber der Straße vom Strand, 150 Schritte bis zum Zugang von Hutchinson St Beach. Bieten Sie außerdem 6 weitere Klappsandstühle, ZWEI SUPs, ein Seekajak, einen rollenden Strandwagen, 3 rollende Kühler und 6 Fahrräder an! Spaß für alle! Nur eine halbe Meile von Destin Commons entfernt, laufen Sie zu allen Restaurants, einen halben Block von Camille's und Inn at Crystal Beach. - Elegant gestaltete Schlafzimmer, die nicht übermäßig groß sind (aber trotzdem sehr geräumig sind!) und haben eingebaute Regale in Schränken; nette Details wie Wandleuchten und USB-Ladestationen an jedem Bett; Neben jedem Bett befindet sich ein CubieBlue-Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.

Everything was as pictured . Lovely home has everything you could think of that you would need and some. Home was clean , host very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Golf cart was a plus to get around. Shed full of beach things was great as well…. Internet was a little wonky at times but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the home. Heated pool a plus since it was cold on some of the days we were there. The only thing we did not think about was the pool being in the backyard with our smaller kids and it not being fenced , so we couldn’t send them outside to play without worrying if one would fall in the pool. Otherwise , fabulous home.

Perfect stay and home for 22 people!

Owner was very receptive to questions. We would love to stay here again. Lots to do for the kids and so close to the beach. Having our own pre-rented beach chairs was the cherry on top. Perfect location!

Our family vacation was perfect staying at Chill Pill! Plenty of room, exactly as described, location to the beach was easy to walk to with a great restaurant nearby. And the setup every day at the beach was awesome so we didn’t have to rush to get a place especially when it was the Fourth of July week! The pool was great to have after beach time. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Perfect Location

If you’re not staying directly on the beach this is the next best thing. Easy beach access about 50 yards away. Beautiful pool facing the main road. The house had more than everything you could possibly need. The bottom level is perfect for hanging out with the pool table and shuffle board and open floor plan. Easy access to shopping, restaurants & fun. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Wonderful house for large families or groups!

We travelled with 8 adults and 6 kids. The house met all of our needs for space and then some. What we loved about the house was the shuffleboard table and beach service so no one had to wake up early and claim our spot on the beach! It is such a beautiful place and Dana was very responsive when contacted. I will definitely consider booking again either this property or one of their others.

Family Christmas

This property was perfect. We had a family Christmas here with the whole family and it was beyond amazing. There was plenty of space for us to spread out but several spots for us to congregate as well whether that was the large kitchen, the pool table/shuffleboard area, the heated pool, or the upstairs living space. Each bedroom had a king size bed and en suite, two of which had tubs, perfect for small children! Everything was amazing and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Nice house, lots of room, great place for large Family & across the street from the beach. what more could we ask for? This weekend it was sunshine, but we loved the house for everything you could need was all there. My daughters like to cook & bake, so this house had all kinds of utensils.

Excellent property and location!

Indoor/outdoor living just a short walk to the white sand beach. Backyard pool is ideal for a big group and the kids barely got out! Big open floor plan on main level and spacious bedrooms with nice bathrooms upstairs. Loft area way up top provides a great retreat for kids and adults alike. Plenty of room to park and great restaurants steps away on either direction, Soleil and Camille’s. Communication with host very quick and easy. Great stay and you won’t regret it either!

amazing family vacation

First time ever we checked into a house and thought it was MORE amazing than the pics!! Beautiful-ample space, fantastic owners- superb location! The only thing we could add to the description- when you lose your mind at the store buying beach toys- you will be sorry- there truly is everything you need at the house! Our family of 21-ages 7 through 60 thoroughly enjoyed our week here. We cooked in for ALL of our meals- the kitchen and eating area were perfect for all of our family! Beautiful house, fantastic location - something to do for everyone

Three adult siblings, spouses and a lot of cousins - our best vacation yet. All the couples had a big room, a king bed and bathroom. All the cousins mixed up for nightly sleepovers. Everyone could do their own thing. Some were swimming in the pool, some went to the beach, some went shopping and a lot watched football, snacked and napped. In the evening we had a big family meal.

Name says it all!!! Chill Pill!!!

Absolutely awesome ... easy rental ... great accommodations ... BIG flat panel TVs EVERYWHERE ... we loved the shuffleboard and pool tables ... Dana was easy to work with and had everything documented (down to travel times to local grocery stores!) ... we can't wait to rent again!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had 4 families traveling together from VA. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 11 children (ages 4-14). The pool was enjoyed by all, day and night. There are stores within walking distance for everything you will need. The house is well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc. We had to communicate with the owner a couple of times for very minor things and Dana responded immediately. We would return to this house again and highly recommend it to family and friends!

Chill Pill

Spent a wonderful week with family at this beautiful property! The space is performing large groups! Each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom made it so comfortable for everyone. The location is great, just a few houses away from an amazing beach. The chair service at the beach was such an appreciated luxury. The shed is stocked with every beach and pool toy that you will need. The kids also loved the outdoor shower and the backyard pool. Inside, the house is beautiful and well organized and labeled. Can’t say enough nice things about this vacation space!

The Perfect House!

This house is perfect in every way. No expenses spared in the design or decor. It would be perfect for large families with multiple children, bachelor/bachelorette parties or just couples looking to get away. The pool is a perfect size and the beach is only seconds away. The chairs and umbrellas reserved on the beach was a lifesaver. The pool table and shuffleboard table are awesome for after the beach or rainy days. Bedrooms are all nice sizes and the bathrooms are immaculate. Dana was great to work with, if we had any questions she would answer her phone/text right away. I can't recommend this house enough. 10/10!

Beautiful Home

The layout of this home was perfect for myself and 5 girlfriends. One had a knee replacement, so the first floor bedroom was perfect for her and then having 5 king sized beds on the 2nd floor with on suite baths for each. All of the beds were very comfortable. The 3 floor with the bunk beds wasn’t even used. Our weather wasn’t great but the heated pool made it possible to enjoy the outdoor area. We did sit at the beach a couple time, with sweatshirts on. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very responsive, I did let her know that a few things could have been cleaner and she let me know she has hired a new team that would be starting after we left. It will be a shame when the house across the street will be finished … the beach view will be minimal at that point.

AMAZING HOUSE... AMAZING LOCATION - Just bring the bikini!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Chill Pill for an extended Mother's Day weekend trip. The house is absolutely amazing and Dana is an incredible host. We had 6 adults and 6 children with us ages 4-16, everyone had their own space and we still had an unused bedroom. If you like to cook you won't want to leave. I have never been so excited to cook breakfast for 12 in my life. The pool table and shuffle board were perfect for the teens. The distance to the beach was perfect. Our second day we went to the beach and informed the attendant that we would be there for 4 days. Day 1 - he set up the 6 umbrella chairs that come with the rental in a nice semi-circle about 20 yards down the beach (still close). Day 2 - 4 our chairs were right in front. Less that 20 steps to paradise! Dana was such a wonderful host. On day two of our stay we asked her to turn up the pool heat and she replied within 20 minutes. Everything we needed was provided - we brought the swimsuits, food, and drinks and kicked back! I can's say enough good things about this house and the host. I will never stay in another Destin rental - Dana has a customer for life! Thank you Dana for an amazing Mother's Day weekend... see you soon!

Amazing Property... Excellent Location!

All you need is a swimsuit... they have the rest covered! The Chill Pill is the ultimate family beach house. The layout of the house is perfect. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space but nothing is wasted. Our group of 6 adults and 6 children enjoyed every inch of the Chill Pill. The pool table and shuffle board kept the teens busy while the swimming pool was perfect for the kiddies. We spent our mornings cooking big breakfasts in the dream kitchen and our afternoons at the beach! You can't ask for a better location in relation to the beach. Everyday we packed the provided wagon with life vests and towels, loaded the rolling cooler with drinks and with the stand up paddle board on my shoulder (did I mention all of these were provided by the wonderful hosts!) and made the long 6 HOUSE trek to the beach! lol. No really - the beach is only a 1/2 block away. Once we made it to the beach, the attendant set up the 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas that came with the rental. Our first day, we were about 50 yards away from the beach entrance. He asked how long we were there, and for the remainder of our stay, he had our chairs set up right down front (less than 50 steps)! This was the perfect Mother's Day getaway and it definitely won't be our last time at the Chill Pill! Thank you Dana for making this such an amazing last minute trip!!!

Best week at Chill Pill!

We just spent the best week at Chill Pill Destin! My family of 18 (10 adults and 8 kids) went to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary and this house was everything we needed and more. Every family had their own bedroom/bathroom and even had the master on the first floor as a spare bedroom. which became the cozy place for the early riser kids to go and watch tv before the rest of the group woke up. Four “big kids” slept in the bunk room. Which is massive! It isn’t closed off (doesn’t have a door) which we were initially concerned about, but had zero complaints from them about noise even when adults were downstairs playing pool and shuffle board so the music on. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking and plenty of places for ordering out! The pool table and shuffleboard was being used constantly, fun for adults and kids. The outdoor pool was easily the kids favorite place. They would have stayed in it from morning to night if we let them. But we had to force them out to go to beach. Which is one of the best (if not the best) beaches I’ve ever seen. Powder soft sand and turquoise water, it was heaven. The included beach set ups (6 chairs and 3 umbrellas), set up every morning for you was amazing! And lots of extra in shed. I think the only “complaint” (more like a suggestion) we had was we wish there was a dining set of some sort outside. Lastly, I have to say that I don’t think I’ve ever left a rental in all my years of renting houses and been genuinely sad and thought to myself, “I can’t imagine never being here again”. Closing that door and leaving was so hard. So I guess that means I just have to come back! Thank you Dana!!

Great Place!

This is a great house! We had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked and we really enjoyed the Sonos sound system and access to multiple streaming platforms. We could not have asked for a better home to enjoy our company retreat.
