Florence Family get away!

This is our second time staying in this property! The first time we stayed on the 9th floor and loved it! This time we stayed on the 4th floor and still loved it. The overall experience was great and the 1900 98 property is in the BEST location because everything is right by you. We did have a small issue with two of the rooms being cleaned but it was QUICKLY addressed and the place always smell so nice. The gifts they give you are super cute as well! Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Pros: The location is wonderful. The private beach with two chairs set up was great. The rental agency was responsive to issues (though couldn’t help). Amenities are great. Cons: rooftop pool was never heated throughout our stay. Listing read that it would be heated the last week of October, our stay was from the 24th to the 29th. If the last week was measured in the last seven days it should have been heated the whole time, if it was measured by Sunday being the start of the week then it should’ve been heated on the 27th.we had issues with the WiFi going down for much of Saturday and intermittently on Sunday. While the rental agency answered our call and sent some people to help within an hour they were unable to do anything as both issues were the responsibility of the HOA.

Nice facility. Nice location. Several promises from the property management to respond to specific questions never happened. We were not made aware until after full payment was made that construction would occur at the faculty during our stay and that the pool and hot tub would not be available during our stay. We would stay again at this facility.

Amazing Stay in Destin

This property is new, modern, clean, well-maintained, great open floor plan, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed, the two bedrooms are basically masters, just one with an ocean view and larger walk-in closet. The third bedroom is good, with use of guest bath for shower, and the fourth appeared to be a converted pantry but could sleep 1-2 (bunkbeds) if needed for sleeping space alone. Property is very secure and well-maintained, the beds were very comfortable, rooftop pool was very clean and inviting, and the gym and equipment was also clean, taken care of and in good condition. Overall, the place was amazing. There was only one very small thing I thought odd. - for being in amazing shape, they recently touched up spots on the master bedroom wall with paint so there were touch up marks in numerous spots across the wall, I would have thrown a coat of paint over the entire wall which was not very large, not much more effort and that would have made the property PERFECT. Small nit pick, and surely did not put a damper on everything else that definitely was in great shape and top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property and I plan to recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing views

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful condo so much. The views of the sunsets/sunrises over the ocean were breathtaking. The condo is also close to the restaurants and arcades for the kids. We will definitely be back to our favorite beach.

Beautiful property and view and beach. Lots of missed details and poor communication with agency

This place is perfect once you finally figure out all of the details. If you have trouble with anything the rental agency is tough to get ahold of and won’t pick up the phone or call. The owners of the property have done a nice job with many amenities and the view is stunning and great to wake up to. Dishes were dirty when we got there as well so check for that and coffee maker does not work for normal coffee just Keurig. Private beach till 5 pm is great but public after 5 pm. Overall great. Beds and showers and other amenities even the shades were great. Great insulation and good workout area and awesome view on top of complex. Pool and hot tub are small but still a nice view. Private planes fly just above the complex to land which is crazy and loud at times but still okay. Great place still
