To start off a vacation with 17 people being told our house wasn’t going to be ready until 5pm when it stated on VRBO that the check-in was 4 didn’t leave a good impression. However I was there at 4 along with most of the family members and we were let in. There were a few hiccups the first night such as trying to figure out how exactly 24 people could possibly fit (as stated in the listing), realizing not every bedroom had enough beds, the air mattress had a hole in it and there was a lightbulb out in my bathroom. It was all addressed very quickly so the management company was fast acting and courteous. The pool was much smaller than expected- the pics definitely made it look bigger. 2 of the deck chairs were broken and when told to them nothing happened. The house actually had a capacity sign on it stating only 18 guests permitted yet listing says 24. The listing also says only 4 cars allowed to be parked but the sign says 7. Semantics I suppose but this house will in NO WAY fit even 18. (Unless they were including the pack n plays for babies)The location was great. The refrigerator was entirely too small and barely kept things cold. Again having 18 people in the house requires another fridge for sure! A lot of the dishes were chipped and there were little things that I think could’ve been done better considering the weekly rental cost. The beds were all awful- we all agreed. I have more to say but not enough space. I would not rent this again.

Great Property and Location

Overall great property which is 3 blocks to the beach. I had a couple issues which when contacted were quickly handled. We would stay there again. Only suggestion is that they could provide more basic condiments like salt and pepper. They did have plenty of cups, plates, pots, pans, and silverware. Also, nice to have access to a golf cart.

Wonderful property close to the beach

The house was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the golf cart was fun to have. The bedrooms were all good sized. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, the house was beautiful and very clean. We wish we could've checked in a bit earlier and the property had chairs/umbrellas for families traveling far distances and having to fly. Little issues! Overall, awesome stay!

We loved the property. The pictures represent the house very well. The bedrooms were all very big and it worked out perfectly for the amount of adults and children we had with us. The backyard was a good size and felt private. My only suggestion would be to add hot pads to the kitchen and maybe a larger cooking pot.

4 Generations of family week at the beach.

Beautiful home with well equipped kitchen. Nice that each room had a private bath and king size beds for the adults. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Already booked for next year.

This property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, modern, and the pool is awesome! We had more than enough space for everyone, to be able to spread out and relax, and we were a total of 12! I can definitely recommend this property with great enthusiasm.

The house and location were wonderful! We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for us all. A few issues that we had was most tvs didn't work right, it smelt like cat urine under the sink. The master bath smelt musty and the shower wouldn't seal so water was running into the closet. 2 of the hammocks outside were extremely worn. I moved one to the back as my 82 year old mother was getting readynto sit on it and a good chunk of the rope that attaches to the tree were broke. Metal furniture in the kitchen and outside were rusted. What would he a fantastic addition would be fans on the balconys, getting rid of whatever is in the backyard instead of grass as most of the yard is unusable and lastly, sheets that fit the beds and did not come off during the night. I have already shared your listing with friends and family and recommended a stay there as it was enjoyable! We would be back! Thank you for sharing!

Welcoming house, spotless rooms. Plenty of space for our extended family of three generations. Would have liked some extra blankets (older generations cold, younger generations perfectly comfortable) Note: buy everything! Salt & pepper, napkins, paper towels, soaps ....etc......

This property was great for our group. It was a two minute walk to the beach access and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only down side was the refrigerator. Although it had a large capacity it didn’t keep things very cold. We had to put a lot of our stuff on ice. The washing machine was also an issue, it was old school and didn’t hold a lot.

Best Week Ever!!!

This house is PERFECT!! From the location to the amenities. The house was spotless. The beds and the linens were very comfy. Plenty of bathroom towels and face cloths. The kitchen was very well stocked and a wonderful size for many cooks in the kitchen. The pool area was so relaxing with three large hammocks and two tables with umbrellas. It was a great spot for morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was another huge plus. The home comes with an electric golf cart and we rented a second because we had 11 people. In the morning we took the carts down with all our stuff set up our spot on the beach and came back to get everyone ready. I walked to the beach every day. Super short walk. My two year old granddaughter walked it on more than one occasion. We have already decided to go back next year. Our family from New England loved it. The airport was only 30 minutes from the house and very easy to get in and out of. It was the best week ever!!!

Very good place to stay for our annual trip of 8 adults and kids from 2-14. Clean, easy access and great communication throughout the stay. Close to the beach and plenty of great places. Love the area and this house!

Spent the week in Destin. Lovely clean home with many amenities. Since it was on the cool side the heated pool was a blessing especially for young children. Golf cart was helpful in transporting everyone to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils which was great! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the area! Only thing I can mention we were concerned about was getting the pine straw in the pool after being on the hammocks. It was a little hard to manage with little ones using the pool area. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Family Vacation

We were blown away and very pleased with the property. The rooms were spacious, the place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and orderly, the furniture was comfortable, the host was attentive and responsive. The pictures accurately reflected what we found. It was well worth the extra to heat the pool in the cooler month. The golf cart was very handy. We made some very happy family memories at Ocean Kissd!
