My family came here for spring break. The listing was pretty accurate to reality. I thought the pools were a little disappointing and it was a bit of a hike to get to the beach. The restaurant on premises has good food but is a bit pricey. We took our boat and rented a slip, which was super convenient. That said, the roads and the boat slip were a little difficult to navigate with a large truck and trailer. The beach was absolutely stunning and the water was so crystal clear! The golf course on site was closed, though not sure why, so we couldn’t play. My biggest complaint would be the squirrels in the rafters above the porch swing and the huge roaches. We also had tiny ants inside. The rental would benefit from some regular pest control. Overall I was very satisfied, though, and would book it again.

The house was great. Everything was exactly as described. The A/C quit working one day and maintenance came quickly and had it back up and running that night. The only issue we had was the washer wouldn’t spin out water from a load of clothes. I would say it will need replaced soon. We will definitely stay again!

30th Anniversary Family Trip

This was a great place to stay for the 6 of us-plenty of room, lots of extras in the house (little things other places don’t think about) & great amenities on site. Also a short walk (or quick golf cart ride) to the beach! The outdoor swing area was a favorite! We felt safe and right at home in this gated community. It was also nice to be able to bring our furry friends! For future renters, I would suggest bringing or renting beach chairs because the ones at the property are actually ballgame or ‘tailgating’ chairs. Also, the upstairs Master was cute & secluded-and fans were provided by the owners, thankfully-but it stayed kind of warm up there; the mattress also didn’t have any support; so it wasn’t the comfortable space I had hoped for. Also, the washer & dryer is outside, downstairs in the ‘carport area’ which is good to know before you arrive. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay & making memories at one of the most beautiful beaches in the country!

Girls weekend

It was very fresh. Pretty and convenient to the beach. Kevin was a very personable helpful man that we met briefly as we arrived and he was leaving. He greeted us, very pleasant . We called the main line to report the internet was out. We didn’t hear from any one until the next day and by then we had it back on. Other than that....everything worked well.

Great Long Weekend Spot

Worked well for a group of 10 guys. Multiple hangout spots and free par 3 course was a nice touch. We needed a few extra sets of sheets and the owners had them delivered same day for us. Would definitely stay again.

Texas girls weekend on the beach

we loooved our stay and will be back. You can walk to the beach and even when it was cold and rainy the complex had 3 hot tubs we camped at all day. We were not expecting the beach to be that clear and blue so that was awesome! The rooms were spacious and very updated. We will hopefully be back in the summer. We were a little shocked we had to bring our own coffee and coffee filters, but we learned really quick!

Wonderful property and area!

I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for 5 weeks so cooked at the VRBO a lot. The property managers were great at answering email and their phone. Text was not as easy to get a response-thus the 4 star for communication. With that being said, that is a very small thing. The unit was equipped with plenty of activities.Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Just what we needed.

The place fit for us perfectly. Easy to the beach, plenty of things to do on-site, close to restaurants and other amenities but away from the noise. The house was nicely decorated and equipped, especially the beach toys, etc. The minor issues with a TV and a sink were addressed immediately, which we appreciated.

The BEST

This place was simply amazing!! We had the best time!! Check in was simple, the guards were friendly, the pool and hot tubs were inviting and clean. Now, let’s talk about how inviting the house was when we walked in!! The TV’s had relaxing music playing, the lighting was wonderful!! We definitely were home away from home and we’ll definitely be back here!! This is a great place to bring your family. Fantastic Spring Break Getaway!

This is an awesome vacation rental with excellent amenities and fully stocked home. Our family of 4 and 2 kid friends had a great stay and would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in future. The 9 hole course is very short but in fantastic shape and perfect for all ages. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs and the beach is a quick 5 or less min walk just across the street.
