Excellent property. Our annual reunion couples each enjoyed their own king bedroom ensuite. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate as the extreme cold temps prevented us from using the rooftop fire-pit as well as the hot tub and outdoor grill.

you all were quick to respond. A few things that need your attention if you don’t mind
Several of the light bulbs were out when we arrived. We did not contact you since it wasn’t a problem Several of my friends complained about bugs in their rooms. We were unable to get the light to go off in the ceiling fan in the bedroom on the second to the left when you come up the stairs. It’s the bedroom on the right These were minor things. A couple of suggestions concerning the home the kitchen is beautiful, but unfortunately the refrigerator was not large enough to accommodate all the food that we had nor was there any pantry to store food We truly enjoyed staying at the home and would love to stay there the next time we’re in Destin and would recommend it to any family or friends that come your way

What a place! Beautiful, spacious, all the amenities and more! Easy walk to the beach even with little ones and our hands full! Rooftop fire pit was the perfect touch to end the night! Hosts were very pleasant and quick to respond and fix and issues that came up! We will definitely be back to this house!

Amazing stay!

Highlights include awesome outdoor spaces and pool, bedrooms with attached bathrooms, well thought of conveniences such as double dishwashers and an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. The welcome app was also helpful about explaining everything about the property such as appliance usage. Not a bad walk to the beach access point for the people in our family, a 3-5 minute walk down a neighborhood street and crossing one street with a crosswalk. The walk is fine unless you have mobility issues. An included golf cart would be thoughtful future addition.

Four families enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The bunk rooms were great for our teens and the common areas (kitchen/living room/pool) were a nice space for everyone to hang out. A couple things were broken but fixed immediately!

The house was even better than we hoped for! We rented a golf cart for going to the beach, but we honestly could have done without it as the house is so close it wasn't an issue. The outdoor space around the pool had plenty of seating both in the sun and the shade so everyone could enjoy the time together. The kitchen and living area accommodated our group of 18 well. We have traveled numerous times with this large group and this house fit our needs the best of any place we have been. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning home for our family beach reunion, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty and the welcoming atmosphere it provided.Each room and bathroom were welcoming and spotless. The gourmet kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary supplies and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare delicious meals. The convenience of having two dishwashers in the main kitchen and an additional one in the game room ensured that everything stayed clean and organized. Two washer/dryer sets on the main floor were incredibly helpful for keeping up with laundry.The backyard pool area was absolutely stunning, with its gorgeous landscaping and lighting that made it seem like paradise on earth. The outdoor kitchen was a great addition, and the hammocks provided a perfect spot for relaxation. This property is only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Destin. As we returned to our lives in Alabama, Alaska and Kentucky, we carried many great memories of a perfect week in Destin. .

Family Time

The 16 of us ranging in age from 9 months to 64 enjoyed the week. House was very clean and in great shape. Beds were comfortable and amenities were great. Pool was perfect for the grands and we enjoyed the beach as well every day. Noise ordinance wasn’t followed by the neighbours three nights which kept several of us up. Manager responded once regarding this issue but didnt respond to other calls. Need clearer communication what number to call when. Did have a few other issues but they sent someone out for ice machine and pool. With all that said, we would go back again.

The house was spacious enough for what we needed. It was three short blocks from a beautiful beach. The pool and hot tub were used a lot. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The appliances were nice and the two dishwashers and two washers and dryers were a godsend! Our family had 15 people, young and old, and we fit perfectly. There is also a roof top deck with a fire pit we only used once. It was a great house for us!

Great stay in Destin

This house was perfect for our group of 18. Ages ranged from 9-70. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. After days at the beach, everyone enjoyed lounging in the pool and hot tub. The beach was a lot closer than we thought, which was great! The only thing I would suggest is the property including bikes or a golf cart. A lot of properties seemed to include them. We ended up renting bikes for our large group and riding up and down the coast line- it was a blast!

Our family stay was nice the place was clean and well organized. Lots of space and plugs in the perfect area. I will suggest a golf cart being there in high demand and hard to rent

This is a great house overall but it had roaches and a fire alarm that went off multiple times a day for no good reason. Property management was would respond verbally to issues but extremely slow to take action. No one came to spray until Wednesday when the issue was reported right away on Saturday. When they did spray they were there for less than 5 min for that size house. For the amount of money this costs to rent it should not have uninvited guests (roaches)!!
