The home was absolutely beautiful! We were 2 families, 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dinning area, 1/2 bath and living room are located on the top floor with balconies on each end of the home. The back balcony over looks the small private pool and pond which was lovely. Bedrooms and en suites are located on the first floor. My husband and I stayed in the master suite which was incredible, also with a balcony over looking the pool and pond. The other bedrooms were quite small but nicely appointed. The garage has been converted into an extra living room and there is a small bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. The two younger teen boys stayed down there which they loved but there is no bathroom down there so they had to use the en suite bathrooms. There are also not outlets in the bunk room in the basement. There are a lot of stairs here, we were totally fine with it but know that if you have someone who is elderly or unstable it could be an issue. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware, silverware and pots and pans but we did find it odd that there wasn't an ample supply of trash bags, paper towels, foil and/or plastic wrap and there was no "house" salt and pepper. We did end having to buy all of these things. The neighborhood and beach were amazing, roughly a 7 minute walk to the beach and the community pools were gorgeous as well. Worth paying the daily fee to heat the private pool in December.
