The location of this property and the size and quality was fantastic for our group of 11 (mainly kids). The one major item the hot tub is restricted times. Weather was a cool 60’s multiple days and the timer only allowed 6 consecutive hours which the property manager controls. We’be rented homes for 8 years and this was a first. If this is going to be restricted it should be clearly stated in the listing since it’s false advertising. Due to this alone, we will not choose this property again.

We had a great overall stay at this property and it worked well for our group of 16. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around, and the floor plan was ideal for accommodating a large group. There was plenty of space to gather while still offering some privacy when needed.The main downsides were related to the amenities. The pool heat didn’t seem to be working properly, and the hot tub controls were not functional, which was disappointing and made those features not really worth the extra cost. We also experienced some minor communication issues on the last day regarding checkout, which caused a bit of confusion.That said, the home itself met our core needs and we still had a very enjoyable trip.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home. Everything was super clean, there were plenty of towels in each bathroom, extra beach supplies, and overall it was a great experience! It’s super close to the beach and the Golf cart also worked great. We would stay here again!

This property was one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed at in Destin. Well maintained, hosts are accommodating with wonderful communication, and so much space with great beds in every room. The back yard and pool space are absolutely perfect! And it’s within easy walking distance to the beach. You can’t ask for more. Definitely can recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation home in paradise (Destin).

House was clean well equipped spacious rooms. TV and internet good reception. Three separate areas to gather together one on each floor. Showers large beds extremely comfortable. Close to beach .Rented golf cart made walking to beach easier. Only downfall are area restrictions on beach - public beach area small ocean front rentals consume beach area and have ropes to keep people out and young dictators to control area. Owners and managers of our condo responded within an hour to answer needs. Pool wonder nice size. Great rental. Back yard big enough to plan games would rent again- if beach restrictions change

We had an amazing time at this location. We had around 18 people of all ages. The beach is a five minute walk right down the street. The house is in wonderful condition and each room has its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The pool was very clean. The house is perfect for a large family reunions. There are a bunch of stores and grocery stores 7 to 8 minute walk as well. The golf cart was also really nice to have.

Property ver poorly maintained. We literally had issues everyday of our stay. Pool slimy, door to the pool opens with a shoe string! Screws sticking up on stairs, shower door role, entry way into bunk house broke, chairs at the pool cracked, dirty floors! All of the furniture is antiquated. Pool size is photoshopped. Not big enough for maybe two Mac. We couldn’t use pool one day because it had to be shocked and was slimy. We asked to be compensated and at 11:15 we received a message they would give us our money back going forward if we were out by noon. We were at my daughter’s trial hair appt for her wedding. Definitely was a damper on the wedding. Never have been so misled. Women at property management extremely rude and kept talking over me!!!!

Great place for all 23 of us! Daily trips to the beach (low speed vehicle not golf cart!) were easy and the pool and hot tub saw about 12 hours per day use. House was very roomy and spotless.Most importantly, Daniel was there to help with every request whenever we needed help.

Thanksgiving family gathering

We had our four daughters, four sons-in-law, and 9 grandchildren all together for Thanksgiving. Hard to find a large enough house. The bunk room was ideal for the younger grandchildren and the ones that are older teens and twenties had bedrooms. The house was great. LARGE downstairs living/ktichen. Only thing I would recommend is a second or double oven. Nice to have a big parking area. Not a bad walk to the beach. We walked most of the time instead of taking the golf cart. Golf cart very handy and fun to have. Have a low/flat tire when we arrived and they were out to fix it in about an hour. Also, we were surprised the hot tub was on a schedule; we couldn’t just turn it on. But they worked with us and gave us a very simple way to have it on when we wanted. I visited with a representative a couple of times and they were very timely and helpful. Example - we couldn’t get the WiFi password to work. Turned out to be a typo on the information they provided but got it resolved very fast. Again, good response.Several of our guests were surprised how nice the bedrooms/bathrooms were. They said it was way beyond their expectations.Back downstairs bedroom would be nice to have a regular door instead of a sliding barn door. Not much privacy.Everything clean when we arrived.

Everything was good no complaints from the management team. I don't like that they let prick uptight neighbors call the management office and then the sheriff and kick us out with only 1 warning. They hit balls into our yard and when we hit into their yard they made a beef of it. As long as you don't have prick neighbors it is all good. a bunch of new york pricks.

Absolutely perfect family vacation home!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and soooo much room for everyone!! We had 15 people and more than enough room. Pool and hot tub were great and kitchen is very well stocked! Would definitely stay again!
