Beautiful Location

Beautiful location! Beautiful home and very spacious. Had all the features you would want. The beach view from the deck and living room was beautiful. Communication with property manager was very responsive. Our only issue was beach access. With access directly across the street, you had to walk 0.7miles to get to Shirah Beach access. Would be nice to work something out with the place across the street to allow access to that area of the beach. Oven Mitts - no oven mitts in the kitchen and I had use towels to take items out of the oven. Need oven mitts! Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Good Location

Location is in a quiet townhome community next to The Henderson Resort. Good layout, comfortable beds. Beach entrance is a 5-10 minute walk unless you want to pay for parking, you will need to provide your own beach chairs and umbrella, or rent a set up. Very little traffic. Recommend Camilles for breakfast and the best coffee and definitely look into Resort Pass to purchase a day pass to the Henderson Pool(s), great day spent there, even into the evening. Roof top bar for sunset and coastal view. Enjoyed our 6 night stay and hated to leave.

Very clean, well appointed, nice decor. Location at the end of Scenic US 98, and next to Henderson Beach State Park made for a quiet environment. Close to restaurants, shopping and only 7 min. walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Destin Winter Getaway

We spent 2 1/2 weeks at Sea Perch and our stay could not have been better. Townhouse was clean, well appointed, nice decor, and a huge sunny deck. It’s location next to Henderson Beach State Park, and at the end of Scenic US 98 made for a very peaceful stay. The beach was a 7 min. walk, with restaurants and shopping near by. Highly recommend you take a trip to Sea Perch!

Pests !!

We booked a 4 week stay at the home. Really a nice home and location, end of 2nd week we noticed cockroaches in the pantry and in garbage can. We contacted maintenance right away and also for 6 days in a row to come spray for them and no response. Unacceptable response time and could not stay with cockroaches so we suffered for a week and finally left a week early. Asked for credit for last week and they stated NO REFUNDS. No response back from owner either. Spinning the wheel on this one, being a property owner myself, I hate to send a bad review but it was unacceptable and owners / management did nothing to fix the problem.

This place is a jewel!

We loved our stay at Sea Perch! It was so nice and clean. We could smell how clean it was as soon as we walked in. The house was decorated so nicely and comfortably. We had everything we needed there. This townhome is located in a very nice area and felt super safe and secluded in its own way. We loved how cozy it felt. We’d love to come back and stay again.

Overall great spot!

This place is beautiful! Great location, beautifully decorated, and lots of room. I would say the only thing was that we ended up having to buy a few things that we’ve typically had provided for us in previous rentals (trash bags, more toilet paper, and laundry detergent). But honestly not a huge deal, we loved our time here.

Great ocean view condo in Destin

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, private condo in Destin. The property is located in a nice area, that seemed very safe and quiet - apart from live music at the resort nearby that played from 8-10pm. We enjoyed it as a free bonus benefit. The water is such a beautiful emerald green color and the white sand beaches are so clean. It was a great experience overall.

Memorial in Destin

We went to.Destin for a memorial service and decided we would stay the week. Staying at this particular VRBO was one of the best decisions we made! The home is lovely, the location is fabulous, the views are beautiful and no words to describe the amazing sunsets we watched while sitting on the very large deck. The home is decorated very nicely - brings about a sense of calm as well as comfort. There was more than enough space for the 3 of us (our 4th person could not attend). The set up of the house allows for pivacy and time alone as well as time together. We were able to walk to the beach and local restaurants and for those who enjoy a morning walk/run, there's no better place than this location! We LOVED the quietness of the area. There is a 10 p.m.noise ordinance and neighbors followed it (one night a wedding was at the facility next door and by 10:05pm it was quiet). The home is at the end if the block so there isn't much traffic going by. The neighborhood itself is quite cozy and very pretty to look at as you go for a walk/drive. We enjoyd ourselves immensely. Food shopping, Target, Walmart, drugstores, restaurants are very close. There is also Outlet Shopping within a 7-10 minute drive. Again, this truly was a wonderful.experience for us.
