The house has some positives and some negatives. The size of the house is fantastic with well appointed bedrooms. The location is great. The tower balcony is perfect for sunsets. The game room in the first level is a nice plus. The issues we had were on the main level. The living room has too little seating for the size of the house. There is plenty of room for another sofa and it is needed. The kitchen is barely functional. What the owner needs to do is clean out the drawers and throw away and replace everything that is broken (i.e can opener and wine opener) and replace what is barely functional (the pans). For that nice of a property and for that price, the kitchen should not be the land of misfit utensils and appliances. The house generally worked for our family of 11 adults but I would likely not stay at this property again.

Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away From This RentalOur family had been looking forward to this vacation for months, but unfortunately, this rental completely ruined the experience. After a seven-hour drive, we arrived at the property around 10 PM, only to find that the house was not ready for check-in.The condition of the home was unacceptable:- Beds were broken and unmade, with no clean linens in sight.- The kitchen was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned between guests.- The pool was filthy and unusable
 they didn’t come clean it until Saturday and we were checking out on Sunday - Moldy bathrooms To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. We reached out for help and were met with zero support or accountability. Instead of offering solutions, they immediately warned us that if we left the property, we would not receive a refund—completely disregarding the fact that the house was uninhabitable.In the end, we were forced to rent hotel rooms to accommodate our family, which added unexpected cost and stress to our trip.This experience was not only disappointing but also completely unacceptable for the price we paid. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this rental or working with this management company.

Tumultuous

I don’t like to rate a place as being bad. This house was beautiful. The pool was not in working condition though. The spa didn’t work. The house was spotless. Very clean and accommodating, however after all the rain came ,it rained in the house. Causing damage to the windows. Maintenance jumped right on it. The elevator was out of order, so my older in laws had to stay on the ground floor. Overall, our stay was great. We had fun, and that was our objective. To be with family and have a good time.

The property was not efficiently maintained. This is advertised with a pool but the pool was not operation at all during our stay. There were many other small issues like leaks and lights that didn’t work. The location is great but it was a huge let down for 8 kids to find out they couldn’t use the pool.

Overall the house was clean. The kitchen could use some new pans and some updated cooking utensils. Location was great, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants & shopping. Hot tub gets very hot and the heated pool was nice for our New Year’s stay! Amenity center had a nice playground, big pool & hottub and pickleball courts.

Excellent Property

My family and I visited the property for Thanksgiving Holiday. The house itself was great. Located within a gated community, we felt safe and secure. There was no issue with accessing the property or any of the amenities. My niece (15) loved the bikes. We didn't make use of the garage because the driveway better than accommodated our vehicles. There was plenty of room for everybody and the Carriage House provide a great private space for the couple. Regardless to age or physical limitations. My dad (86) was able to maneuver through the spacious house without incident and my niece (39) really enjoyed being able to move around the house using the elevator and not being restricted because of her wheelchair. The master bedroom was UH-MAZING, complete with a garden tub. The kitchen was well equipped (Although, some of the cooking pans could stand to be replaced). There were more than enough plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. The starter packs provided by the owner were great. We literally had everything we needed and more. The outside temperature didn't allow use of the pool, but the hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of shopping. The weather did a flip-flop on us the last two days (it rained, and the temperature dropped) but everyone was comfortable. The property is conveniently located to shopping (grocery stores, mall, pharmacy), the beach, restaurants, and fun activities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Family Vacation!

We had a great week! The house was nice and accommodating and the community was perfect. My only complaints about the property are
the jets never worked on the hot tub, the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well(the cookware is scratched really bad) and the tile in the kitchen has huge cracks that will pinch your foot. Other than that this is a beautiful home that we enjoyed so much as a family!

Bring the utensils

Overall the location and house were as described. It was a short walk to the beach that even the littlest kids could handle. Elevator was great for transporting luggage up to the top floor. Second floor is a great open space with living room, kitchen and dining but
 the kitchen is lacking on pots/pans and serving or prep utensils. Also some of the ones that were provided didn’t work properly. We made due but that made it very difficult to prep meals for our larger party. You may also want to bring your own cleaning supplies. A couple more brooms and a vacuum cleaner to help keep sand to a minimum. Beware of the HOA and pay close attention to where you park. I was warned by FunVacay about the first “offense” and we were able to avoid others but there is no warnings. $50 fine for parking “violations”. Also the HOA charged us twice for a single offense and had to call FunVacay to fix the situation. Something I’m sure no one wants to do while on vacation. Overall the house provided us a place to sleep and the room descriptions were accurate. If it’s what you need it will do the job. If you are looking for luxury and ease for a vacation, you may want to look further for another property. The highlight for the kids from this property was probably the big community pool and beach.
