Everything about this home was SPOT ON! The pictures are extremely accurate! The new couches are in, could use some throw pillows, but can tell they are better than what was there before. There are 2 of them, so added seating! The bed in the studio has 2 barn doors for privacy. The amount of fridge space is incredible, both inside and out! The outdoor space is amazing. Very short walk to the beach, with 2 carts and beach equipment already provided. The beach is very private, the closest we were to another group on any given day was 40-50 feet. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cookware, dishes and glasses. Only thing I would recommend is to replace the knifes in the butcher block, those are very dull. The lights in the master bath and in the stairway are motion activated. Then there are the small things, that you really noticed, but are rare, like, provided hand soap at every sink, small shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom, the good TP. ;) We literally felt like we were in a hotel! We had 8 adults, some beach goers, some home bodies and some fishermen. This home has something for everyone! Jennifer, the home manager was awesome with getting small issues addressed..even with a sprained ankle! We did not have a good experience last year, this more than made up for it! You have a booking from the Davis family every year, for as long as the rental is available. Thank you for the great job! I would highly recommend this rental to all family and friends!
