Perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house is located in a perfect spot; just a short walk to the beach and close to all Destin has to offer. The heated pool was just the right size for our family and we enjoyed the warm water reprieve from the March cold gulf. We walked along the beach and into the secluded Henderson park which gives you a taste of old Florida and its natural beauty. Close to Publix where we picked up essentials and an order of fresh shrimp (they seasoned and steamed for us, too). A day at the Gulfarium on Okaloosa island and a trip over to Fort Walton Beach to visit the Air Force Museum and check out all the cool planes! The house itself is well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable. The wrap around porches were a great place to enjoy morning coffee and the corner cafe Camille’s also was an excellent spot to enjoy live music and grab coffee or other libations. Highly recommend the house for its comfort and location! We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay

Clean and beautiful house. Very comfy beds. Close walk to the beach but be aware much of the beach is reserved as private. We went during a slower time so plenty of space but I heard it is usually packed. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect amount of space for our family.

Extremely disappointing and well below my expectations


I have been coming to Destin for the past 12 years on family vacations, staying at different properties in the area. Unfortunately, this was the least desirable and most disappointing trip we have experienced. Our troubles began upon arrival. The keypad did not work with the provided code, and it took a lengthy call with the property management company to get a new code to access the property. Upon entering, we found the first floor extremely warm at 81 degrees. Assuming the AC had been off for some time, we set it to 75 degrees per instructions, hoping it would cool down eventually. While the second-floor AC worked well from the start, the first-floor remained warm all day. After reaching out to the property management company, they promptly apologized and escalated a service request. A repairman arrived during our family dinner, which was awkward as the furnace was right by the dining table. He quickly diagnosed the problem: a filthy air filter, which he said was one of the worst he'd seen in years. After replacing the filter, the temperature started to drop. How this went unnoticed by previous renters has me baffled. Additionally, we noticed multiple water stains on the kitchen ceiling, which were not visible in the property photos. This was off-putting and unappealing. The kitchen also lacked a true “pantry” and we had to store all snack items on the kitchen counters as there were very few cupboards that were not filled with items. The overall stay was good, the location was great. The cleanliness was subpar. There was black dog hair on all the floors and in one of the bedrooms and on some of the furniture. The pool when we got there had a lot of leaves in it. But the communication was great when we needed something or had some questions.

The property met and exceeded all expectations in accommodating 6 adults and an infant, the shed outside was stocked with more then enough pool items to use... we even made a couple donations for the next guests :) we will be back! than kyou!

Really nice place!!

The house was beautiful! Very clean, nice location, comfy beds, overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend! Our only concern was the neighbors. Not sure if it is also a rental property next door or not but the neighbors at the time of our visit were very prying and loud both morning and night. However, I understand that has nothing to do with the owner nor property itself so I still give everything 5 stars!

Great location and house

We had a great time, and the location was perfect. We will be staying here in the future. The check-in process could improve, and they should allow for a couple of hours of early check-in, especially if the house were not rented the day before. We had an early flight, so this created a little bit of an issue. I tried calling and chatting but got a lot of run-around. But overall suitable property.

Perfect Location!

We gathered for an annual reunion of cousins. The property is beautiful and the proximity to the beach is perfect. We walked to and from the beach daily, sometimes more than once. The beach wagon had a flat tire and there were no chairs on our arrival but two were delivered on the third day. The kitchen was missing some basics, like a tea kettle and forks, but Pam delivered some the day we called after she came to check. Quick drive to grocery store and other retailers but you'd never know from where the house sits in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. We hope to be back!

New Year’s Family Vacation

We had a great time at Namaste Beaches. The property was as described. Location is perfect! Within 3 minutes, you can walk to the beach or take a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. Our teenagers really enjoyed the heated pool
so glad we added that feature. Kitchen is well stocked we had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were clean and comfy. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Super clean, well appointed, cheerfully decorated in great location.

We had a great time at this fabulous rental with our adult kids. Well stocked with everything we needed in a perfect location. Short walk to beautiful beaches and to great shopping at Destin Commons. The porches are wonderful and the private fenced backyard was fantastic. If you stay in the cooler months, the extra fee to heat the pool is well with it.

Amazing!!!!!!

This property could not have been more perfect. Every detail, it was clean, homey, spacious. The pool and pool area were immaculate. Short walk to a great beach, restaurants etc and great communication with property managers. I hope to book again for this same house next year.

Perfect summer vacation home!!! You will not be disappointed!

We will certainly come back next summer and have told many friends! By far the best rental HOME. Very well stocked, super clean, comfortable beds, TV’s worked perfectly and VERY well maintained! Short walk to the beach, they have a wagon and beach chairs, so please read what they have for your use! We give this rental 5 stars!
