Perfect location right on the beach! Close to many activities, shopping and restaurants.The pro’s:Beautiful views, home and coastal decor, well stocked kitchen with starter supplies and bath towels, clean comfortable beds. Sandos coffee/ sandwiches across the street. The Con’s:Master bedroom and bath not as pictured on VRBO or Real Joy websites. The bedroom is smaller and bathroom is different- it looks lovely but not as pictured. Website needs to be updated.2 of the 4 bedrooms do not have windows- they are in lower/ beach level so not sure how that works for fire safety but theyAre dark so if you like a dark room this may not be an issue for you.The dryer wasn’t working when we checked in and there was miscommunications with Real Joy on when the part was expected. It was fixed by the third day and they did offer to reimburse us if we needed to go elsewhere to do laundry but we just air dried clothes until it was fixed. 2 different maintenance men showed up without the property manager informing me. First the dryer repair person - I wasn’t texted until he showed up at the door and then a couple of days later an AC repair man showed up to look at the outside AC unit that we were not expecting- which scared me and the grandkids. Overall the location is great and the kids and grandkids loved the beach vacation and even with a few hiccups in the communications we would probably stay here again someday.

The house was nice but there were some issues. The A/C did not cool the upstairs well enough, the covers for the upstairs deck chairs were worn and very ragged. There were no starters such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved Beachfront Bliss. It accommodated our group of 10 adults perfectly. House was exactly as the pictures that are listed. Easy access to the private beach doesn’t get better than this. Would definitely recommend.

Right on the beach

It’s right on the beach , beach service is available everyday with 2 chairs & an umbrella. Looks just like the pictures.Management of the unit and owner of the unit are very responsive when you text them. We will definitely be back to stay again

Great place on the beach!

Layout, amenities, location, all great! The house is in great shape, and the outside decks were fantastic. Parked three midsize SUVs in front and had no issues. Would recommend and possibly stay there again.

Family fun at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Reef #6! We had a group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 1 toddler. The place fit very comfortably. Can't beat the location! The owner was super responsive and very helpful before and during our trip. After 20 years of vacationing in Destin, this is our favorite place to stay!

Family Vacation

Loved the private beach access and the home. There was just about anything we needed in the kitchen. The view and the beach were AMAZING. We had a communication issue with the owners mother. We were calling about weather we were seeing on the news and she was obviously irritated and kind of assumed we were asking for reasons of rent? That was never mentioned on our part. We were inquiring about the safety of our family members. It was slightly insulting but can’t blame that on the owner. We were very warm upstairs for the first two days. We could not have stayed all week but somehow it changed. We had looked forward to sitting out on the patio outside of master but we couldn’t risk opening the door because it was so warm there. One of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom was stopped up so we just used the other one. It is a beautiful home and the owner did respond with messaging in a timely manner so that was very appreciated. Overall a beautiful property and a beautiful

Family vacation

This was our first time to visit Destin. Property was as described on Vrbo. Property Manager was responsive. Beach and water were awesome. Private beach is a must if visiting Destin. We had 8 adults and 4 children. Cooking in was way better than eating out, never found a good restaurant to eat at. Towels at house were small and there were not enough washcloths for the amount of people but everything else was great! We rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island that was fun! Getting donuts from Parlor Doughnuts is a must. On the first night we got pizza and salads from Pascalli Kitchen - they were good and it is just down the street.

Best beach location ever.

We were literally only a few steps to get to where our complimentary chairs and umbrella was located. The beach area in front of our unit was private with no public access. There’s a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The 2 kitchens had everything we needed. The main living and dining areas are quite spacious and so is the lower level deck. There was an issue with the dryer and the owner dealt with it promptly. The lower 2 bedrooms sleep a lot of people, but there is no place to unpack your luggage. That might not be important to some people. This unit has lots of amenities for renters to enjoy.

We had plenty of space for two families (8 people total), and it was really nice to have the kids stay on a floor all to themselves. We loved the location and being able to just walk outside to the beach. The private beach was also a plus that we loved! We were never crowded and had chairs waiting for us every morning. The only thing I would change is maybe the cleaning company. There was sand in beds, food trash and hair on the stairs as soon as we got there. Also the a/c was broke downstairs (it never turned off) and the dryer broke towards the end of the week and wasn’t able to be fixed before we left, but that is no one’s fault. Even with the dryer breaking and a/c issues, the host was very nice and easy to get ahold of. She had repair people out the next day to look at everything.

Great location

This unit looks just like the photos, it is pretty, clean and the location can’t be beat. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars are related to things you can’t know until you arrive. I had to do laundry every single day because there weren’t enough towels for 4 adults to shower daily and the ones we did have were small and rough, not a great quality. None of us got a good night’s sleep because the beds were hard and the primary suite was lit up by 5:30am everyday. Finally, leaving a vacuum in the unit would be a nice addition, we were sweeping up sand a lot.
