The staff were nice. The pool was great! The hotel can use a few updates. The room we had the mattress needs to be clean and a mattress pad. We let the staff know that it was dirty.

Their AC unit cover kept falling. I informed the staff and nothing was done and every time we had to go down to the desk for something the girls seemed very annoyed. Breakfast was mediocre with a dyi waffle maker

First off the gave me a courtesy call 2 hours before it was time for check-in and she asked if I was canceling and I said no. I’m traveling there right now I’ll be there in 45 minutes. Secondly, I get there and had to wait 1 hour before I could even check-in. Then they called again and asked if I checked out my key was left at the front desk. I told her that I have my keys and she said okay and hung up. Then my refrigerator stopped working after we left and went shopping and the lady said someone turned it off like it was me. Did not like that since I wasn’t even in the building for hours. So they gave me 2 until I checked out on Sunday. Their market to purchase drinks, silverware and plates were outrageous… They serve breakfast so I didn’t think a spoon or fork would be hard to giveaway since they had so many. $4 for a can drink that’s insane. Thankfully the Walmart was right down the road so I took my family there to get what we needed. The 2 female receptionist at the front door during the day and at night were very rude and not very helpful with answering any questions. As if they didn’t want to be there helping guest check in. The lady that helped with the breakfast was awesome and very sweet. If we needed help with anything she was right there cleaning up and lending a helping hand. She even offered to help carry people plates back to there room or open the doors.

We liked the location. Close to everything and walkable. The room and hallways were cleaned but had a distinct odor of weed. This is supposedly a smoke free hotel. The breakfast was subpar not many options. No fruit or eggs as shown in the photos. The room was decent. The remote for the TV worked intermittently and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. The bed was comfy but the pillows were micro sized for a toddler not adults. The elevator bounced up and down with door open when stopping at the floor. Probably will not stay here again.

Great affordable stay

Went to the beach with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had a 1st floor room right off of the dining area near the front desk. Hotel was in a great location right next door to the track, 5 min from Henderson state park beach and walking distance to other beach access. It literally was in the middle of everything. Dounble bed queen room nice size plenty of charging space for all of pur many devices indoor and out door pool the kids loved clean beds nice staff very accommodating. All in all good stay and great price for destin location!

Anniversary almost ruined

Got to the hotel, young lady at the desk was okay. She wasn't friendly or welcoming like you think but she may had a long day. The cleanliness was okay until the bathroom. Toilet was disgusting and tub. Other parts of the room were good. There's only one elevator and it took forever when someone wasn't getting off on your floor. In up leaving early because we were celebrating or 27th Anniversary and I didn't want to spend it there. Didn't get a refund 😕

It was just average stay. The jacuzzi was dirty and aweful. The room I was in the cable kept going out.. I did not realize until I would get back into the room in the evening.
