Unité 607 - Unité Platinum complètement mise à jour avec vue imprenable sur le paradis

L'unité Islander 607 est située sur l'île isolée de Holiday Isle à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'Émeraude. Ce condo sur le front de mer peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, une télévision de 32 pouces, une chambre complète dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit avec matelas de qualité supérieure dans le salon. La plage de sable blanc de sucre et les eaux émeraudes de Destin se trouvent à quelques pas. Vous pourrez également les apprécier avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé.

L'unité Islander 607 est entièrement rénovée avec une vue dégagée sur le golfe, de nouveaux meubles dans les deux chambres, la salle à manger et le salon, y compris un fauteuil inclinable en cuir Lazy Boy. Autres mises à jour: entrée sans clé, réfrigérateur relocalisé pour améliorer la visibilité, comptoirs de quartz, appareils en acier inoxydable, ventilateurs de plafond et grandes télévisions à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, sol en vinyle et portes coulissantes avec miroir dans les deux chambres, nouvelles portes de douche en verre, nouveau verre coulissant porte de balcon donnant sur une vue panoramique et une très grande douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale.

I booked this as a last minute getaway to enjoy some warm weather overlooking the beach. This place was awesome! It looks exactly like the photos, very clean, and well appointed. The bed was SOOOO comfortable with a great ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as it has a perfect view of the gulf, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by every morning. Two swimming pools, shuffle board, tennis/pickleball, and easy access to the beach with complementary chairs/umbrella. This was such a great unit, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

This is our second stay. there have been improvements in the Islander . the condo was great the is extraordinary. the dolphins swam by every morning for Coffee time on the balcony.

The only thing we missed was having a washer & dryer in the unit. It's nice to be able to wash you towels after a day at the beach. Also, having to walk to the other end of the other building to dump our trash was a bit of a pain. Hopefully they will have that issue resolved soon.

Although they were swept, they were not mopped efficiently. We don’t wear shoes in any home so this was an issue and there were not cleaning supplies to do it myself. The unit itself came equipped with all necessary items and we enjoyed our first stay here. I will admit, it’s quite expensive to rent any unit here but having the means to “your own home” is a plus for a week!!!

Unit 607 was beyond perfect and made it even tougher packing our bags up the morning of departure. From the cozy, beach decoration to the full kitchen, this unit felt like the perfect dream home. We have family not far from here and close to the beach but there is nothing like actually staying on the beach where you can see and hear the waves as well as feel the breeze 24/7. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was clean and welcoming. Having beach toys for the kids in the room and the facility to use was a big plus and saved plenty of room in the car. The property location is perfect as you don’t have to sit in traffic on 98 to get here. We will definitely book another trip soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pricing has gotten really high. Families with 10 - 14 year olds were allowing their kids to throw balls/footballs in the pool with no concern for others who were also trying to enjoy their vacation. Three times the ball hit me right in the face (i wear prescription sunglasses to make matters worse!) We were not the only people complaining. There are just too many people enjoying a community pool for kids to be allowed to throw balls. It's not safe. They can take their balls and have a toss on the grassy areas around. With all the rules that are listed for the pool, this should certainly be one that is important. Second issue, while we realize that maintenance has to be done and certainly don't mind that, men were in the windows early in the morning, dangerous razor blades were on the ground in front of our entrance, we were blocked from getting to the elevator. Perhaps a little extra care could be taken while doing construction.
