Loving Life on Luke Ave in The Luke House

The Luke House is a a great layout with open kitchen living room. Really appreciated the adult-sized rooms with attached baths. 5 king beds!! Combo spa/pool was perfect grown up relaxing area. The inside decor was tasteful. Some grass area in back was great for our pets. The golf cart and bikes made exploring Luke Ave all the more fun.

Bachelorette Weekend

The Luke House was the perfect space to celebrate our friends Bachelorette Weekend! We had 15 guests with several couples on the trip and we loved having all of the separate bedrooms/bathrooms to give everyone their own space. The property had all of the amenities needed and was clean, comfortable, cozy, and conveniently located for a quick walk to the beach. Access to the golf cart and bikes was a plus as well. The management company checked in with us often and was very responsive when we needed assistance with the pool. We would definitely recommend staying here and working with Five Star Management. We can't wait to come back!

Annual Family Vacation.

The house, golf cart, and bicycles were all a big hit and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the included chair and umbrella set up during our entire stay was a very nice surprise. We would highly recommend a vacation at the “Luke House”.

Great house and location

The Luke house was FANTASTIC! The location is great. It’s a very short and easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood is so close to shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable and the beds were great! The kitchen had everything we needed and the separate ice machine was a huge bonus to keep drinks in our cooler nice and cold! The backyard and pool are nice. The pool is a little small but for what we needed it was fine. It was fun to have the bikes and golf cart. We had a small issue with the pool mid-week but they sent someone immediately and it was fixed. The communication was great and they checked on us a few times leading up to checking in and checked in with us the night before we left to see if we needed anything. They brought a charcuterie to welcome us to the property! There was plenty of space for parking which was so nice. The only drawback I can think of is there weren’t any little blankets or throws to cover up with after a day on the beach and feeling a little chilly in the air conditioning. This slight “issue” wasn’t a big deal but that would be a nice touch. I would 100% stay in this house again!

The Luke House

Beautiful house but couldn’t walk across the floors without getting dirt all over the pads of your feet suggesting maybe a new house cleaner. A couple of dining room chairs and bar stools need to be replaced the seats are breaking down. But other than those issues the pool was great and loved the golf cart. Had a great time it The Luke House and Destiny Florida.

Beds and couch are very comfortable. Bed linens also very comfortable. Kitchen table is nice size, but most of the wicker chairs are broken down with holes in them. Overall great property with 5 master bedrooms with king beds.

If you are looking for a house that is convenient to shopping as well as the beach & local restaurants this is the one!! We had a group of 6 ladies & this house allowed plenty of room for all of & the nicest amenities.

Beach Weekend

The location to the beach was great. You could easily walk. The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit with our family. The house was perfect. We had 15 ppl aging from 12-75 and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of room. Two king size bedrooms on the first floor were a major plus for my parents. Plenty of space to eat meals together and spread out afterwards! We have stayed in Destin/Santa Rosa multiple times and this was our favorite house. The management company did an amazing job. The house was immaculate. The coffee pot broke during our stay and a new one was delivered in the box within an hour! We will definitely stay here again!

Luke house Rental

House was very clean, had all necessities with packaged towels. 2min drive to beach in golf cart, which was nice. House was spacious enough for 10 adults & 8 kids. We truly enjoyed it. Five star community reached out to check on us also which was nice, great area to stay at also mall was less than 10min away & grocery store.

Overall positive

Great location just 3 blocks from ocean. The bikes and golf cart were awesome. Very small pool but still great to have pool and hot tub in evenings. House was very functional. A little disappointed with no baking pans as wanted to do some baking and had to go buy pans. Has ice machine which was great. Refrigerator froze some of vegetables which was not good.... Nice spacious kitchen. We had to call about gas grill and pool and the service was great! Very responsive and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
