Unité 307 - Configuration de la plage libre de l'unité East View Platinum Unit

Située à seulement quelques pas des eaux scintillantes de la côte d'Émeraude, cette location de vacances au bord de la plage récemment rénovée est située à Destin, en Floride. Du neuf au sol et fraîchement peint, cette unité offre un mobilier flambant neuf en mars 2017 et comprend toute la literie, les appareils d'éclairage, les compositions florales, les œuvres d'art et les sièges de la chambre. L'unité 307 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et comprend un lit king-size dans la suite principale, des lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon avec une télévision de 42 pouces. Dans la suite principale, vous trouverez un nouveau téléviseur LCD HD 19 "ainsi qu'un téléviseur HD LCD à écran plat 22" dans la chambre. Salle de bain principale a une promenade dans la plage rustique douche et nouvelle tuile, deux lavabos. La salle de bains des invités complète la salle de bains principale avec les panneaux de plage rustiques, tous les nouveaux carreaux. La mise en place de la plage est incluse.

Stay was great. Islander location was easy to get to and from everywhere. Beach was beautiful even with the short walk it was easy to there. My only complaint was I really needed a hair dryer🤣 my fault I just assumed it came with one in condo

Our only complaint was that all the mattresses were extremely firm. Not comfortable to sleep on. Several of our guests woke up with sore backs from the mattresses.

Close to whatever you need, beautiful area! Pool is heated this time of year thankfully because ocean was a bit to chilly for us. Beach setup service was great, the young men that set up chairs and umbrellas are always so nice (especially Bryce). We just came 7 months ago and I can’t wait to come again! Owners and personnel at The Islander are always very nice.

Several times having to dodge barriers to get to the grills.only item in condo not up to standards is the couch. The couch needs to be replaced it is worn out. You can’t even sit on the couch and be able to get up.

The young man, Bryson that set up the beach chairs with umbrellas was so kind and worked so hard everyday. Our stay in Room 307 was great. I loved the decor. My family has vacationed 5 times now and we always stay at this resort if I get a say in it. The only con would be that the movie night was too loud. We also sure hope that people get back to work at the restaurants, not only in Destin but all over the great USA. There were long waits everywhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Condo 307. It was newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous! Management was wonderful and everybody was extremely friendly. The grounds and pool are well kept and very clean. A short walk to the beach. The gentleman that handled the beach service went above and beyond to make sure everybody was comfortable and having a good time. I have a handicapped daughter with limited mobility and she was able to access everything with no problems. There are very little to no stairs on the property. Location is a short drive from anywhere you would want to go in Destin. I have nothing negative to say and I will definitely stay at the Islander on my next trip to Destin. A shout out to Blalock Seafood that we discovered on our last night in town. You can buy shrimp by the pound and they will steam it right there for you (along with potatoes and corn). I wish I had found this place sooner! Thank you Islander for a wonderful vacation.

The sheets on the beds smelled like body odor! I've stayed at the Islander for over 13 years and I've never been so disappointed in the lack of cleanness.

Unaware of Covid

The unit we stayed in was quite nice, with super views of the beach. We were unable to use the pool as the other folks in the community were oblivious of social distancing. The pool was full of people at all hours which progressed to a drunkin, sloppy loud mess. Our window and deck looked over at these Yahoos! We also found the staff and guests were oblivious to wearing mask espcially on waiting and getting on the elevators.
