From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Special thanks to Mustafa at the check-in desk — he was extremely attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to highlight Mostafa, the Travel Consultant, who immediately organized museum tickets for us — truly remarkable service! And Yasin from the Concierge team provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool facilities, the lovely beach area, and the spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything was excellent — we could not have asked for more. We will definitely be returning. A truly unforgettable experience!"

A special thank you also goes to the Rosewater Restaurant Team (Lee Ann, Jude, Shairah, Hamza, Koffi and many others) they always welcomed us with their kindness and hospitality for breakfast and dinner leaving no wish unanswered. The food was delicious and the buffet had a variation of fanastic cuisine.
