"No elevator, suitcases have to be carried up! - With the reception, you have to pay and sign a paper: If you smoke in forbidden places, you have to pay 200 Euros!: not a very warm welcome ... City centre is a 30 minutes walk away. Breakfast coffee: no steamed milk. Shower door can't be fully closed. - All in all: NOT the standard of a 4-star-hotel. "
