"Der self-Check-in funktioniert noch nicht so, man braucht Hilfe bei der Eingabe z.B. der PKW Nummer (sonst kein Parkplatz) mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer (ohne Wanne und Balkon) zugewiesen-deshalb ärgerlich, weil du dann doch wieder auf englisch den Mann vom Self-check in anrufen musst, nach 5Minuten hin und her zur selbst Herstellung einer eigenen Zimmerkarte funktionierte es dann doch und ich bekam ein besseres Zimmer, als ich gebucht hatte. Zimmer dann top, Blick auf Liberec auch. Badewanne im Wohnzimmer, toll (gewöhnungsbedürftig) Frühstück gut-Personal freundlich. "
