"We stayed at The Leela Palace New Delhi for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. From the very first moment, the welcome was warm, graceful and genuinely caring. The team made us feel looked after in a way that is rare even among five-star hotels.
The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, the atmosphere calm and elegant. Dining was a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were of outstanding quality, with great attention to detail and sincere service.
What impressed us most was the human side of the service: attentive, respectful, never intrusive, yet always present when needed. You can truly feel that hospitality here comes from the heart.
A perfect place to rest, recharge and enjoy a sense of quiet luxury. Highly recommended."
