"The check-in was problematic and took at least one hour. There were three rooms available in my price point and pursuant to my request for quiet. The first had a bad odor in the room, the second a bad odor in the bathroom. The third, where I wound up, was fine. The mattress was excellent; in-room amenities (hot water boiler and coffee, tea) were welcome additions, as was the bottled water provided. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The breakfast (and I guess also dinner) area was really nice; there was even the option of eating on the terrace. There could have been more on offer in the breakfast buffet, but I always found something to my liking. There were some communication problems - things spoken about to one desk clerk were incompletely communicated to the next, leading to a slight snafu at check-out. Which was quickly and graciously resolved. This hotel is super convenient to everything one might wish to do in Rzeszow and I would stay here again."
