Start the morning with a coffee on the terrace and enjoy the sweeping view across the countryside – the house is situated right on the waterfront. Listen to the sounds of nature, read a good book or spend relaxing hours outdoors. In the evening, the barbecue area is the perfect spot to round off the day in style. An additional communal room next door is also available to guests.



This is a spacious Gulfhof, where the former barn has been converted into two separate holiday flats. The owners live in the front building. Both holiday flats are completely separate from the main house and offer plenty of privacy. Look forward to a personal and peaceful atmosphere – ideal for those seeking relaxation and guests who appreciate a well-maintained setting.



Part of the former barn has not yet been converted and can be used by holiday guests as a communal area. There are two swings there, as well as a small climbing frame for our youngest guests (up to around five years old), two further swings and a play area.



Discover the idyllic river landscape of the Leda on a canoe trip or a walk right on your doorstep. Enjoy the vastness of East Frisian nature with its meadows, woods and small lakes, or take a trip to the nearby town of Leer with its historic old town and cosy tea rooms. The “Fehnroute” holiday route and numerous regional attractions also invite you to explore East Frisia at your leisure.
