I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I ended up changing rooms four times.
âą The first room had a cockroach.
âą The second room had barely any water.
âą The third room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused due to their âpolicyâ and kept trying to move me to another room instead of giving me the refund.
I even told the receptionist, âIt looks like weâre going to spend the whole day trying to find a room for me since you wonât give me a refund.â
On top of all this, the internet was terrible. It kept saying I was connected to the Wi-Fi, but there was no actual internet the entire time.
Eventually, they gave me a room on the fourth floor that was just acceptable, but the whole process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I would never stay at this hotel again unless youâre absolutely desperate. This was one of the worst hotel experiences Iâve ever had.
